Operation Guide

Reading the Display

The watch display provides information depending on the mode. Key modes include:

Regular Timekeeping Mode

Displays show: Day of the week, Month, Date, Time (Hour, Minute, Second), and a PM indicator if applicable. The 'Light Button' is typically located on the left side of the watch, while functional buttons are on the right.

Stopwatch Mode

Displays show: LAP indicator, Stopwatch mode indicator, Hour, Minute, Second, and 1/100 second. For example, a time of 9.98 seconds would be shown as 0:09.98.

Countdown Alarm Mode

Displays show: Countdown alarm mode indicator, Hour, Minute, and Second. For example, 45 minutes and 29 seconds would be shown as 0:45:29.

Daily Alarm Mode

Displays show: Alarm mode indicator, Time-signal-ON mark, Hour, and Minute. For example, an alarm set for 10:58 would be shown as AL 10:58. The daily alarm time is shown as 8:35.

Changeover Between 12/24 Hour Formats

In the regular timekeeping mode, pressing the [Button C] cycles the display between the 12-hour and 24-hour formats.

Stopwatch Operation

A signal confirms the start and stop of operations. Signals also sound at 10-minute intervals. The stopwatch display is limited to 59 minutes and 59.99 seconds; thereafter, it can be reset and started again.

Countdown Alarm Operation

The countdown can be set from one minute up to 11 hours and 59 minutes, with an accuracy of one second. Start/stop operations are controlled by pressing [Button A], confirmed by a signal. A signal sounds at 10-minute intervals. When the display reaches zero, the buzzer will sound for 30 seconds unless [Button A] is pressed.

Repeat Function: When the display is stopped, pressing [Button A] retrieves the previously set countdown time.

Setting the Countdown Time

Enter the Countdown Alarm Mode. The display will show '0:00:00'.

Hour Setting

Press [Button B] to advance the hour.

10-Minute Setting

Press [Button B] to advance by 10-minute increments.

1-Minute Setting

Press [Button B] to advance by 1-minute increments.

Complete Setting: Press [Button C] to finalize the countdown time.

Setting Daily Alarm Time

Every time [Button B] is pressed while in the alarm time display, the alarm-ON mark (AL) appears or disappears. When the AL mark is lit, the buzzer sounds for 30 seconds at the preset time each day until cleared. To stop the buzzer while it is sounding, press [Button A].

Time Signal: Every time [Button C] is pressed while in the alarm time display, the time-signal-ON mark (?) appears or disappears. When the ? mark is lit, the watch sounds every half hour with a short "Bip" signal, and sounds every hour on the hour with a "Be-e-ep" signal, regardless of the preset alarm time.

Sound Demonstration: While both [Button B] and [Button C] buttons are pressed simultaneously, the buzzer sounds.

Setting the Alarm Time

Enter the Daily Alarm Mode. The display shows the current alarm time.

Hour Setting

Press [Button B] to advance the hour.

10-Minute Setting

Press [Button B] to advance by 10-minute increments.

1-Minute Setting

Press [Button B] to advance by 1-minute increments.

Complete Setting: Press [Button C] to finalize the alarm time.

Setting Time and Calendar

Pressing [Button C] repeatedly cycles through the digits to be set: Second, Hour, Minute, Day, Month, and Date.

Second Adjusting

When the second display is flashing, press [Button A] to reset the seconds to 00. Pressing [Button B] advances the second count. If the second count is between 00 and 30 when [Button A] is pressed, the minute count is not advanced. If it is between 31 and 59, the minute count is advanced by one.

Hour Setting

Press [Button B] to advance the hour.

10-Minute Setting

Press [Button B] to advance by 10-minute increments.

1-Minute Setting

Press [Button B] to advance by 1-minute increments.

Month Setting

Press [Button B] to advance one month.

Date Setting

Press [Button B] to advance one date.

Day Setting

Press [Button B] to move the day forward to the next day.

Revert to Normal Time Display: The watch reverts to the normal time display if [Button C] is pressed, regardless of the current digit setting mode.

Independent Correction: Correction of any digit, if not required, can be skipped by repeatedly pressing [Button C].
