- Secure the plastic parts on the beams with screws (S2, Z9).
Step 4: Post Installation to Roof Frame
- Straighten the roof beam frame.
- Install the posts (A1, A2) onto the sides of the roof beam frame.
- Fix the posts using screws (S5, P4, T1, T2, T3) and brackets (R7). Pay attention to the semilunar notch direction as shown in the diagram.
Step 5: Steel Holder Insertion into Posts
- Insert the steel holders (R1) into the posts (A1, A2) of the assembled structure.
- Fix the steel holder onto the back of the posts using screws (S2, Z9).
Step 6: Louvre End Cap Assembly
- Assemble the end caps (K1, K2, K3) onto the louvres (G1, G2) as illustrated.
- Use screws (S1, Z8, Z9) for this step.
Step 7: Master Louvre Installation
- Assemble the master louvre (G1). Install one end first, then connect the other end to the beam (B1) using part K1.
Step 8: Remaining Louvres and Gear Box Assembly
- Assemble the rest of the louvres (G2) and the gear box components (R2, R3, R4).
- Secure these parts using screws (S3) and tools (Z3, Z4).
Step 9: Connecting Bar Installation
- Install the connecting bar (F1) along the louvres.
- Fix the connecting bar using the R clips (R5).
Step 10: Crank and Caps Installation
- Install the crank mechanism (H1) and the plastic caps (P7) onto the beam.
Step 11: Post Caps and Bolts Installation
- Install the corresponding caps (P5) onto the posts.
- Install the bolts (S4) onto the steel holders.
Step 12: Gutter Outlet and Hose Assembly
- Insert the plastic outlet (C3) into the gutter component and glue it for fixation.
- Insert the gutter into the groove of the roof beam (B2).
- Assemble the rubber hose (P2) and insert it into the round hole of post A1. Use part P3 for connection.
Step 13: Table Board Supporters and Brackets
- Fix the table board supporters (A3) with the U profiles (R9) onto the ground using screws (S2).
- Install the U brackets (R8) onto the upper part of the supporters.
Step 14: Table Board Installation
- Fix the table board (E2) as shown in the diagram.
- Use screws (S2, S7, Z9) for this final step.
