Precaution of Use
This product should not be used in extreme weather conditions such as storms, violent winds, hail, and snow. The pergola is guaranteed to resist winds up to 63 mph and a maximum snow weight of 1526 lbs. In case of strong winds or snow, it is highly recommended to leave the louvers open and clear any snow from them to maintain good working condition. While the pergola can withstand heavy rain, it is not guaranteed to be 100% waterproof under all extreme weather conditions. Exceptional climatic events may compromise the product's sealing. Do not climb on the roof or structure of the pergola to avoid damages and injuries.
Tips and Safety Instructions
Depending on location and surface area, building permits may be required. Check with local authorities before assembly. For product assembly, at least 2-3 people are required. Remove protective film (approx. 1 hour). Keep children away from the assembly area. Be aware of pinching hazards. Do not tighten screws before assembling the whole product. Follow all assembly steps carefully. Check the level of the structure on all sides. Do not anchor the pergola before assembling the whole product. No changes can be made to the product; tampered products are not covered by warranty. Choose the location carefully; avoid rainy days, prevailing winds, and overhanging trees. The pergola must be mounted on a flat-level foundation, preferably on a concrete slab or 10"x10" concrete pads at each post, anchored with expansion screws. Check for gutters for water drainage if mounting near a house or building. Failure to follow these instructions will void the warranty.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance is necessary for longevity and appearance. Clean the pergola once or twice a year with fresh water using a sponge or cloth; avoid detergents or abrasive materials. Check screw tightness at least annually. Oil fasteners at least annually. Ensure nothing obstructs water flow in the gutters (e.g., leaves, branches). Remove any stagnant water around the pergola legs.
Warranty
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, loss or breakage of parts during unpacking or installation, damage due to lack of care, neglect, vandalism, impact, abrasive materials, product aesthetics, disassembly, rebuilding, relocation, or force majeure events (hail, high winds, storms, snow, floods, lightning, etc.). Tampered products are also not covered. The warranty covers the replacement of spare parts or the product itself; no refunds will be issued. All warranty claims must be made at the point of purchase (store or website).
Parts Lists (Per Carton)
Before assembly, verify that all parts are supplied and undamaged. Report any missing parts within 10 days of delivery. Parts can be obtained from local stores or requested via the website. Do not discard packaging until the product is confirmed to be functioning properly. A Product Tracking Number is located on the inner side of the carton. Take a photo of this number for efficient after-sales service.

Assembly Guidelines
Step 1: Assembling louvers
Step 2: Frame
Step 3: Install louvers & Connection
Detailed Assembly Steps:
Step 18: Installing Louvers
Install the louvers with spindles first. Place one side completely into the hole cut in the beam, then attach the other end. Ensure the spindles for the louver cover are on both sides of the louvres. Note: To avoid breaking plastic parts (MO) when using a pistol drill, reduce the twisting force.
Step 19: Attaching Louver Covers
Install the louver cover on both sides of the installed louvres and the spindle louver cover on both sides of the louvres.
Step 1: Post Skirt Installation
Install the post skirt first. Align the notch of the post skirt with the notch of the post. Then, install the base plate to secure it to the bottom surface of the post.
Step 2: Side Beam Installation
Place the post flat on the ground and complete the installation of the side beams. Use parts AO, JO, XO-1, ZO-1, ZO-2.
Step 3: Main Beam Installation
Put up the completed side beams and then install the main beams at each end. Use parts BO, BO-1, CO, QO, ZO-3, ZO-4.
Step 4: Louver Installation with Spindles
Install the louvres with spindles first, placing one side completely into the hole cut in the beam and then the other end. Use parts SO, GO, KO, BO.
Step 5: Attaching Connectors and Gearbox
Locate the openings on the outside of the main beam. Attach the holes of the connectors to the spindle, then install the plastic case and gearbox. Use parts HO, NO, OO, PO, YO, ZO-1, ZO-2.
Step 6: Anti-loosening Nuts and Washers
Install anti-loosening nuts and washers on both ends of the master louver. Use parts FO, UO, VO.
Step 7: Connecting Rod Attachment
Attach the connecting rod to the side of the spindle louvre. Use parts UO-2, UO-4.
Step 8: Final Beam Connections and Anchoring
Cover the end caps on the beam. Use the plastic cover to cover the screw holes where the beam connects to the column. Move the bottom of the columns to ensure correct dimensions as per the front page. Use a 12mm impact drill bit to guide the holes, then insert expansion screws and tighten with an M17 spanner. Use parts DO, RO, TO.
