5. Front Panel and Controls
Principle of Operation: The humidifier works by using ultrasonic vibrations to vaporize water into a fine mist, which is then expelled into the room.
Diagram Description: Figure 2 shows the front panel of the humidifier. The "Indication Zone" displays indicators for UV lamp operation (6), evaporation intensity (9), low water level (8), humidifier operation (7), UV lamp status, and timer settings (2h, 4h, 6h). The "Control Zone" features buttons for Power (1), UV Lamp (2), Timer Setting (3), Evaporation Intensity (4), and Tank Backlight (5).
Control Panel:
- Power Button: Press to turn the device on or off.
- UV Lamp Button: Press to activate or deactivate the UV sterilization function. The indicator (6) will light up. UV sterilization cannot be activated in standby mode or when the water level is low.
- Timer Setting Button: Press to set the auto-off timer. Cycle through options: 2h, 4h, 6h, 8h, 10h, 12h, or cancel. The corresponding indicator will light up. The device will automatically turn off after the set time. Holding the button can speed up selection.
- Evaporation Intensity Button: Press to increase the mist output level. Cycle through low, medium, and high. The intensity indicator (9) will change accordingly.
- Tank Backlight Button: Press to turn the tank backlight on or off. The backlight is blue.
Indicators:
- Indicator (7): Lights up continuously when the device is on or in standby.
- Indicator (8): Flashes when the water level is low. The humidifier will automatically shut off. Refill the tank and restart.
- Indicator (if applicable, often shown with a warning symbol): Flashes 3 times and pauses for 3 seconds if overheat protection is triggered. Unplug, refill with water, and plug back in.
WARNING: Do not add essential oils directly to the water tank or conversion chamber, as this may damage the ultrasonic diaphragm.
6. Operation
Operating Conditions:
- Allow the humidifier to acclimate to room temperature for at least 30 minutes before first use, especially if it has been in a cold environment.
- Recommended operating temperature: 5°C to 40°C.
- Recommended relative humidity: less than 80%.
- Use only clean water, not exceeding 40°C.
Before First Use:
Diagram Description: Figures 3, 4, and 5 illustrate the initial setup steps. These include removing the tank lid, removing all packaging material from inside the water tank and the conversion chamber (transport foam), and disconnecting the power adapter.
- Remove the top cover and all internal packaging material from the water tank. Remove the water tank and the transport foam from the conversion chamber (Fig. 3). Disconnect the power adapter.
- Fill the water tank with water, ensuring the level is below the MAX line (Fig. 4). Place the water tank back onto the base and replace the top cover, aligning the triangular mark at the front (Fig. 5).
- Connect the power adapter to the device and then to the power source. The appliance will enter standby mode.
- In standby mode, press the power button (1). The evaporation intensity indicator will light up, and the humidifier will start operating, producing mist from the nozzle.
- Refer to the "Operation" section for detailed control and indicator information.
- To add aroma oils, gently pull out the aroma oil tray, add a few drops of oil to the sponge, and slide the tray back into place (Fig. 6).
WARNING: Never add essential oils directly to the water tank or conversion chamber. This can damage the ultrasonic diaphragm.
WARNING: Do not allow essential oils to contact parts other than the aroma oil tray. If contact occurs, clean and dry the affected parts immediately.
WARNING: Do not pour water into the air outlet channel, as it may enter the mechanical parts and cause damage.
NOTE: When moving the humidifier, always hold it by the base to prevent parts from falling. If the unit contains water, keep it horizontal to prevent water from entering the electronic components through the air outlet.
NOTE: For overnight use, it is recommended to fill the water tank above 3/4 capacity to avoid running out of water.
7. Cleaning and Maintenance
WARNING: Always unplug the appliance from the power source before cleaning.
Regular maintenance ensures long-term, trouble-free operation. In areas with hard water, calcium and magnesium deposits may form on the ultrasonic diaphragm, reducing efficiency. The activated carbon filter also traps dust and may become clogged over time.
Cleaning and Maintenance Method:
- Use cold boiled or distilled water.
- Clean the ultrasonic diaphragm, water tank, and tray weekly.
- Change the water frequently to keep it fresh.
- Drain and dry the water tank before storing the appliance for an extended period.
Cleaning the Ultrasonic Diaphragm:
- Apply 5-10 drops of cleaning solution to the diaphragm surface and wait 2-5 minutes.
- Clean the entire surface of the diaphragm.
- Rinse with clean water.
- Never use sharp or hard objects to clean the diaphragm.
Cleaning the Water Tank:
- Lift the tank lid. Press the latches on the back of the lid and detach the mist nozzle (Fig. 7).
- Remove the filter cover inside the water tank by pressing the latches on both sides and pulling it out (Fig. 8).
- Turn the water tank upside down and unscrew the valve counter-clockwise (Fig. 9).
Diagram Description: Figure 7 shows how to detach the mist nozzle from the tank lid. Figure 8 illustrates removing the filter cover. Figure 9 shows unscrewing the valve from the water tank.
Cleaning the Conversion Chamber (Base):
- Remove the floating plate, clean it, and reinstall it.
- If scale has formed in the conversion chamber, wipe it with a soft cloth dampened with a small amount of vinegar solution. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
WARNING: Do not disassemble the UV lamp.
Cleaning the Aroma Oil Tray:
- Remove the sponge from the tray and wash it with water. Dry it afterwards.
- Clean the aroma oil tray with water and let it dry. Place the dry sponge back into the tray and reinsert it into the base.
NOTE: If you do not plan to use the humidifier for a long time, ensure all parts are dry, including the mist nozzle shaft.
WARNING: Failure to follow the "Cleaning and Maintenance" guidelines can lead to the growth of microorganisms and bacteria inside the unit, causing unpleasant odors and hygiene issues. Use only clean water! Tap water often contains calcium salts, rust particles, and other chemical elements that can deposit on internal surfaces, potentially causing damage or hindering maintenance.

The warranty does not cover compensation for damages resulting from product modification or adjustment without the manufacturer's prior written consent, intended to bring it into compliance with national or local technical or safety standards.
9. Troubleshooting
If your humidifier is not working normally, please check the following before contacting a service center.
Malfunction | Possible Cause | Solution |
---|---|---|
Humidifier not working. | Power adapter not properly inserted. | Insert the power adapter correctly. |
Low water level in the conversion chamber. | Fill the water tank. | |
Water tank installed incorrectly. | Install the water tank correctly. | |
Strange smell in the air. | Dirty water or water not changed for a long time. | Clean the water tank and base. Use clean water for humidification. |
Humidifying effect is not very good. | Air inlet filter clogged with dust. | Clean the air inlet filter. |
Abnormal sound. | Appliance placed unevenly. | Place it on a level and stable surface. |
Water appears around the humidifier. | Unit used in poorly ventilated areas or with high humidity. Mist may not be fully dispersed and condenses into water around the humidifier. | Reduce evaporation intensity. Alternatively, use an air conditioner or fan to improve ventilation and enhance humidifying effect. |
There is water in the tank, but the humidifier is not working. | Humidifier tilted, causing water level to drop in the water channel. It shut off due to low water level protection. | Place the humidifier on a level surface. |
Water does not flow from the tank to the conversion chamber, or leaks from the connection between the tank and the base. | Floating plate or valve cover assembled incorrectly, or the valve is clogged. | Assemble the plate and valve cover correctly. Clean the valve. |
