Installation Guide
- Diagram shows ON/OFF switches.
- Add safety hook provided via heatsink and upper chain.
- Chain Mounting: Suspension chain to be supplied by installer.
- Wiring: Brown - (L) Live, Green/Yellow - Earth, Blue - (N) Neutral. Use a suitable IP rated junction box (not supplied).

Important Safety and Installation Information
- Installation must be performed by a qualified electrician in accordance with the latest National Wiring Regulations.
- Input voltage: 100-240V 50/60Hz.
- Caution: Do not stare directly into the LEDs as they are high power and may be harmful to eyes.
- Warning: This product is heavy and requires suitable fixings.
- Class I, mains voltage, must be earthed.
- Disconnect the luminaire before performing insulation resistance testing of the lighting circuit.
- Wiring: Brown - (L) Live, Blue - (N) Neutral, Green/Yellow - Earth.
- Note: May not be compatible with PIR sensors. Contact the sales office for compatibility information.
- The light source of this luminaire is not replaceable. When the light source reaches its end of life, the entire luminaire must be replaced.
- If the external flexible cable or cord of this luminaire is damaged, it must be exclusively replaced by the manufacturer, their service agent, or a similarly qualified person to avoid a hazard.
- This product contains a light source of energy efficiency class E.

Remote Information

Remote Functions
- ON/OFF: Functions as a light switch. If pressed to turn off the lamp before mains power is cut, the lamp will turn off shortly after power is switched ON again.
- AUTO MODE: The sensor will work, and all settings will revert to the state the light was in before it was switched ON/OFF.
- RESET: Returns the light to its initial settings: Max brightness, 100% detection range, 5s hold time, 0s stand-by period, daylight sensor disabled.
- BRIGHTNESS + / -: Adjusts brightness 10-100% in ON/OFF mode. Adjusts maximum brightness between 50-100% in sensor mode.
Customization Settings
- START: Press to customize the scene. Users can change settings including Detection range, Hold time, Stand-by dimming level, Stand-by period, and Daylight sensor. Settings should be done within 30 seconds.
- Memory: Press to save the current customized scene. Settings will remain even if the light is switched ON/OFF, unless the light is reset.
- Apply: Press to recall the saved setting. The light will function with the settings saved via the "Memory" button. If settings were not saved with "Memory", they are a one-time operation and the light returns to default after switching ON/OFF.
Setting Details
- Detection area: Press to define the detection area of the sensor (100%/75%/50%/25%).
- Hold time: Press to define the hold time of the light once the sensor is activated (5s, 30s, 1min, 5min, 10min, 20min, 30min).
- Stand-by dimming level: Press to define the dimming level of the light when in stand-by mode (10%/20%/30%/40%/50%).
- Stand-by period: Press to define the time period the light remains in stand-by mode (0s, 10s, 30s, 1min, 5min, 10min, 30min, +∞). Note: "0s" means no stand-by period, "+∞" means unlimited stand-by period.
- Daylight sensor: Press to define the daylight level necessary to activate the light (2lux, 10lux, 30lux, 50lux, 80lux, 120lux, disable). Note: "Disable" means the light will be turned on once the sensor detects movement, regardless of the ambient lux.
Detection Coverage

Sensor Range

Test Mode
- Press "Test (2s)" to put the sensor into test mode for post-commissioning testing.
Resetting Parameters
Resetting All Parameters (One-Time)
- Press "ON/OFF" to turn on the light.
- Press any of "Auto Mode", "Reset", "Test", or "Apply" to activate the sensor.
- Press the following buttons in sequence: "Detection range", "Hold time", "Stand-by dimming level", "Stand-by period", "Daylight sensor".
Resetting All Parameters (Memory & Apply)
- Press "ON/OFF" to turn on the light.
- Press "Start" to activate the sensor.
- Press the following buttons in sequence: "Detection range", "Hold time", "Stand-by dimming level", "Stand-by period", "Daylight sensor".
- Press "Memory" to save the settings.
- To reset other lights in the array, turn them on with the "ON/OFF" button and press "Apply".
Notes
- Requires 2x AAA batteries (not included).
- Setup for lights must be made individually; multiple light sensors may be activated at once in some circumstances.
- The light will flicker when setting each parameter using the remote.
Warranty and Environmental Protection
Environmental Protection (WEEE)
- Waste Electrical & Electronic Equipment (WEEE) regulations require that this product must not be disposed of with other household or commercial waste.
- Aurora does not levy any WEEE disposal charges to its customers for affected WEEE related products.
- To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, please separate any such product from other waste types and recycle it responsibly at your local facilities.
- Check with your Local Authority, Recycling Centre or retailer for recycling advice.
Guarantee
- This product is guaranteed for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.
- The guarantee is invalid in the case of improper use, installation, tampering, and removal of the Q.C. date label, installation in an improper working environment or installation not according to the current edition of the National Wiring Regulations.
- Should this product fail during the guarantee period it will be replaced free of charge, subject to correct installation and return of the faulty unit.
- Aurora does not accept responsibility for any installation costs associated with the replacement of this product.
- This warranty is in addition to the statutory rights in your country of purchase.
- Aurora reserves the right to alter specifications without prior notice.
