Safety

The installation of DC power sources in a boat must be handled by a qualified electrician.
Make sure to connect power to the suitable voltage socket.
No electrical devices are to be used inside the product.
The product can be powered on only after being unpacked and put on a flat level surface for over 6 hours.
Fridge operating angle: The fridge can be operated indefinitely at up to 5 degrees, and can be operated at between 6 and 45 degrees for up to 30mins.
Product must be well ventilated. Ensure there is a minimum of 200mm clearance at the back, and 100mm around the sides.
The product should be in a well-ventilated space, away from heat sources. Try to avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
Keep product stable.
When there is water inside the tank, do not turn the product upside down to empty. Dry the water, do not soak in water.
Do not put metal in the air inlet vent, outlet vent, or gap.
Do not connect to other power except 12V/24VDC, or the 240VAC to 12VDC adapter. (Sold Separately)
Do not soak the product in water or wash with water.
The product should not be repaired. If there are any issues please consult the place of purchase.
Turn off the product before cleaning to avoid electric shocks or other issues.
Keep product away from wet or humid places.

Operation

The control panel includes:

Display area
Power switch button: Long press for 3 seconds to power on/off.
Setting button: Used to switch between MAX and ECO cooling modes.
Temperature up button
Temperature down button
Unlock button: Long press for 2 seconds to unlock the screen.
USB charging port: 5V, 2.1A for charging digital devices.

Temperature Adjustment: Use the '+' or '-' buttons to adjust the temperature between -20°C and +20°C. The display will stop flashing after 3 seconds of inactivity, confirming the set temperature.

Lock/Unlock Screen: The screen automatically locks after 10 seconds of inactivity. Press any button to wake the screen, and long press the unlock button for 2 seconds to unlock.

Using in Car

The product features a three-level battery protection function (L, M, H) to protect the vehicle's battery. Long press the SET button for 3 seconds to cycle through the protection levels. The factory default is H protection.

H: Recommended for car power.
M or L: Recommended for portable or back-up batteries.

Adjust the battery gear (H to M, M to L) if a voltage protection code F1 appears on the panel. Set to H if the product should continue operating after the car engine is turned off, to prevent battery drain.

Smart Control Fridge App Application Instruction

Download the "BRASS MONKEY FRIDGE" Application by scanning the QR code on the manual or carton, or by searching in the iTunes App Store or Google Play Store.

Pairing Instructions:

Start the application and select "Search".
The application will prompt you to pair the fridge by pressing the SET button on the fridge's control panel.
Once the SET button is activated, the fridge will pair with your smart device, allowing control via the application's control panel.

The app interface allows control over Power ON/OFF, Temperature Display, °C/°F settings, Temperature Setting, Fast cooling mode, Energy saving mode, Advanced settings, and Battery protection settings.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Do not wash the product with water or soak it.
Disconnect from power before cleaning to avoid electrical shock.
Clean with a soft, wet cloth.

For Long-Term Storage:

Turn off and disconnect from power.
Remove all contents (food, drinks, etc.).
Store away from wet or humid places.

Troubleshooting

Product Not Working:

If using the 240VAC to 12VDC adapter, check the power supply.
If using the DC cable, ensure the cable is functional and connections are secure.
Check the fuse.
Ensure the power switch on the control panel is on.
Note: The compressor has a 3-minute delay protection after turning on.

Food Inside is Frozen:

The temperature is set too low.

Water Flowing Sound Inside the Tank:

This is normal, indicating the refrigerant is flowing.

Water Drops Around Case or Door Gap:

Condensation occurs when moist air meets the cold case. Wipe with a towel or soft cloth.

Error Codes:

Code F1: Low voltage protection. Adjust battery protection setting from H to M or M to L.
Code F2: Fan overload protection. Turn off the product, wait 30 minutes, and restart. Contact support if the issue persists.
Code F3: Compressor frequent start protection. Turn off the product, wait 30 minutes, and restart. Contact support if the issue persists.
Code F4: Compressor overloaded or working at low speed. Turn off the product, wait 30 minutes, and restart. Contact support if the issue persists.
Code F5: High temperature compressor module protection. Move the product to a ventilated area, turn it off for 30 minutes, then restart. Contact support if the issue persists.
Code F6: No parameter detected by the controller. Restart the product. Contact support if the issue persists.
Code F7 / F8: Temperature sensor error. Check the sensor terminal.

Warranty

The warranty for this product is 3 years from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover:

Intentional damage
Damage by fire, flood, etc.
Damage or malfunction caused by incorrect usage or failure to follow the user manual.
Damage or malfunction caused by disassembly.
