Safety
- The installation of DC power sources in a boat must be handled by a qualified electrician.
- Make sure to connect power to the suitable voltage socket.
- No electrical devices are to be used inside the product.
- The product can be powered on only after being unpacked and put on a flat level surface for over 6 hours.
- Fridge operating angle: The fridge can be operated indefinitely at up to 5 degrees, and can be operated at between 6 and 45 degrees for up to 30mins.
- Product must be well ventilated. Ensure there is a minimum of 200mm clearance at the back, and 100mm around the sides.
- The product should be in a well-ventilated space, away from heat sources. Try to avoid direct exposure to sunlight.
- Keep product stable.
- When there is water inside the tank, do not turn the product upside down to empty. Dry the water, do not soak in water.
- Do not put metal in the air inlet vent, outlet vent, or gap.
- Do not connect to other power except 12V/24VDC, or the 240VAC to 12VDC adapter.
- Do not soak the product in water or wash with water.
- The product should not be repaired. If there are any issues please consult the place of purchase.
- Turn off the product before cleaning to avoid electric shocks or other issues.
- Keep product away from wet or humid places.

Operation
The control panel features the following:
- Display area: Shows current temperature and status (e.g., ECO, H, L).
- Power switch button ?: Long press for 3 seconds to turn the unit on or off.
- Setting button ⚙️: Used for mode selection and pairing.
- Temperature up button ➕: Increases the set temperature.
- Temperature down button ➖: Decreases the set temperature.
- Unlock button ?: Long press for 2 seconds to unlock the control panel.
- USB charging port ?: Provides 5V, 2.1A for charging devices.
Operating Instructions:
- Power On/Off: Long press the Power switch button (?) for 3 seconds.
- Temperature Adjustment: Use the '+' (➕) and '-' (➖) buttons to adjust the temperature between -20°C and +20°C. The display will stop flashing and set the temperature after 3 seconds of inactivity.
- Cooling Modes: In the unlocked state, press the Setting button (⚙️) to switch between MAX (fast cooling) and ECO (energy saving) modes.
- Screen Lock/Unlock: The operation panel automatically locks after 10 seconds of inactivity. The lock icon (?) will appear. Press any button to wake the screen; the lock icon (?) will flash. Long press the Unlock button (?) for 2 seconds to unlock.
- USB Charging: The USB port (?) provides 5V/2.1A for charging mobile phones and tablets.

Using in Car
The product features a three-level battery protection function to protect both the product and the vehicle's battery.
Setting Battery Protection:
When the unit is powered on, long press the SET button (⚙️) for 3 seconds. The display will flash 'H'. Cycle through the protection levels (L, M, H) by clicking the SET button (⚙️). The factory default is 'H' protection.
Battery Protection Levels:
- H (High): Recommended when connected to car power. Ensures the product continues to work after the car engine is turned off, preventing battery drain.
- M (Medium) / L (Low): Recommended when connected to a portable battery or other back-up power source.
If a voltage protection code 'F1' is shown on the panel, it indicates a voltage issue. The battery gear can be adjusted from H to M, or M to L, to resolve this. If the product is connected to car power and you want it to keep working after the engine is turned off, set the protection to 'H'. Otherwise, the product may drain the car battery.

Smart Control Fridge App Application Instruction
Download the "BRASS MONKEY FRIDGE" Application from the iTunes App Store (for Apple devices) or Google Play Store (for Android Devices). You can also scan the QR code provided in the manual or on the product carton.
Pairing Instructions:
- Start the application and select the "Search" function.
- The application will prompt you to pair the fridge by pressing the SET button (⚙️) on the fridge's control panel.
- Once the SET button (⚙️) is activated, the fridge will pair with your smart device. The application will then display a control panel allowing you to manage the fridge's functions.
App Interface Overview:
The app interface typically includes:
- Power ON/OFF ?: Control the power state of the fridge.
- Temperature Display: Shows the current temperature of the L-Box and R-Box.
- °C/°F Settings: Switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit.
- Temperature Setting: Adjust the desired temperature for the L-Box and R-Box.
- Fast cooling mode (MAX) / Energy saving mode (ECO): Select operating modes.
- Advanced settings: Access additional configuration options.
- Battery protection settings: View and adjust battery protection levels (e.g., H 12.0V, M 11.5V, L 9.0V).

Cleaning & Maintenance
- Do not wash the product with water or soak it.
- Please disconnect from power before cleaning to avoid electrical shock.
- Clean the exterior and interior with a soft, wet cloth.
Long-Term Storage:
If you will not use the product for an extended period:
- Turn it off and disconnect from power.
- Remove all contents (food, drinks, etc.).
- Store it in a dry place, away from wet or humid conditions.
Troubleshooting
Product Not Working:
- If using the 240VAC to 12VDC adapter, check if the power supply is working.
- If using the DC cable, ensure the cable is functional and properly connected.
- Check if the plug and socket connections are secure.
- Check the fuse.
- Verify the power switch on the control panel is on.
- Note: The compressor has a delay protection for 3 minutes after turning on.
Food Inside is Frozen:
- The temperature is set too low. Adjust to a higher temperature.
Water Flowing Sound Inside the Tank:
- This is normal; it indicates the refrigerant is flowing.
Error Codes Displayed:
- Code F1: Low voltage protection. Adjust battery protection setting from H to M, or M to L.
- Code F2: Fan overload protection. Turn off the product, wait 30 minutes, and restart. Contact support if the issue persists.
- Code F3: Compressor frequent start protection. Turn off the product, wait 30 minutes, and restart. Contact support if the issue persists.
- Code F4: Compressor is overloaded or working at a low speed. Turn off the product, wait 30 minutes, and restart. Contact support if the issue persists.
- Code F5: High temperature compressor module protection. Move the product to a well-ventilated area, turn it off for 30 minutes, then restart. Contact support if the issue persists.
- Code F6: No parameter detected by the controller. Restart the product. Contact support if the issue persists.
- Code F7 / F8: Temperature sensor error. Check the sensor terminal.
Water Drops Around Case or Door Gap:
- When moisture in the air meets the cold surface, it condenses. Wipe away with a towel or soft cloth.
Warranty Information
The warranty for this product is 3 years from the date of purchase.
The following are excluded from coverage during the warranty period:
- Intentional damage
- Damage by fire, flood, etc.
- Damage or malfunction caused by incorrect usage and not following this user manual.
- Damage or malfunction caused by disassembling the product.
