Parts List

The diagram shows the tile cutter components:

  • 1 Cutter (1 piece)
  • 2 Ruler (1 piece)
  • 3 AAA Battery (2 pieces) - *Note: Batteries are for optional laser guide.*
  • 4 Spare Cutting Wheel (Φ22x6x6mm, 1 piece)

Diagram also illustrates 'Insert' and 'Fix' positions for the cutting mechanism.

Operation

Straight Cutting

  1. Step 1: Place the cutting wheel on the rear edge of the tile. Ensure the breaker is upward, engaging with the sliding bar. Slide the wheel forward by pushing the handle down with medium pressure to score the tile surface. Make one continuous motion, scoring only once. (Diagram shows scoring motion along tile edge).
  2. Step 2: After scoring, without moving the tile, position the breaker slightly forward at the tile's front edge. (Diagram shows breaker positioned at front).
  3. Raise the handle slightly and release the breaker so it lies flat on the tile. Apply increasing pressure until the tile snaps along the score line. (Diagram shows breaker lowering onto tile; 5-10mm distance indicated).

Tips:

  • After scoring, it is better to pull back the handle to let the breaker backtrack 5-10mm for optimal breaking position.
  • Do not press in the middle or the end of the tile.

(Diagram shows breaker positioning and snapping action. Arrows indicate movement.)

Diagonal Cutting

  1. Step 1: Place the tile on the machine against the adjusted angle ruler. (Diagram shows tile angled on machine).
  2. Place the cutting wheel on the rear edge of the tile. Slide the wheel forward with medium pressure to score the surface. Make one continuous motion. (Diagram shows scoring motion).
  3. After scoring, position the breaker slightly forward at the tile's front edge. (Diagram shows breaker positioned at front).
  4. Raise the handle slightly and release the breaker so it lies flat. Apply increasing pressure until the tile snaps along the score line. (Diagram shows breaker lowering; 5-10mm indicated).

Tips:

  • After scoring, pull back the handle to let the breaker backtrack 5-10mm for optimal breaking position.

Blade Replacement
