Before Operation
- Remove all packing material before use.
- Place the unit on a well-ventilated, flat, sturdy surface away from heat sources. Do not use near water (e.g., bathtub, washbowls) where immersion may occur. Keep at least 30mm away from walls and other objects.
- Plug the cord into a power outlet.
- Remove the wire basket and set it aside.
Operation
- Fold or roll damp or pre-moistened towels (not soaked) into the wire basket. Wring out water several times to shorten heating time.
- The inside wall temperature reaches 158-176°F (70-80°C). 100% cotton dry towels can also be used, but avoid other cloths that cannot withstand this temperature. Limit heating to less than 2 hours. Keep towels away from the inner wall of the warmer.
- Do not overload the wire basket or place towels directly into the warmer without the basket.
- Close the door firmly and press the Power button to turn on. The indicator light will illuminate, showing the cabinet has started heating.
- In approximately 1.5-2.5 hours, depending on the number of towels, the internal temperature will reach and automatically maintain 158-176°F (70-80°C) with the door closed. Avoid opening the cabinet when towels are heated.
- Turn off the power button if you need to add more towels; the heating process will restart. The thermostat automatically stops working at 158-176°F (70-80°C). It is safe to keep the unit on.
- If desired, press the UV button to activate the EPA-registered UV sterilization system. The indicator light will show the UV light is working. Allow 30 minutes for sterilization to complete.
- To open the door, first turn off the power, ensuring the indicator light is off. Stand at a safe distance from the door opening to avoid burns from high-temperature steam. Remove towels using tongs or heat-resistant gloves.
- Towels may be very hot for immediate application. Use caution before applying to the face or body.
Maintenance
- Turn OFF the unit.
- Unplug the cord from the outlet.
- Wait for contents to cool before handling, as they may be hot. Remove the wire basket and towels. Set the wire basket aside to dry.
- Wipe down internal surfaces with a soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasives. For exterior cleaning, use a soft cloth and mild soap.
- Pull the drip tray forward to empty its contents. Set the drip tray aside to dry.
Troubleshooting
- Excessive Moisture or Slow Heating: Check that towels are only slightly damp. Excess moisture or slow heating may result from using soaked towels.
- Door Not Closing Properly / Steam Escaping: Ensure the silicone door seal is in place. Push it into the door groove to assure a proper fit.
