12. Application Scenario

Outdoor

  • Car equipment: Car fridge, car vacuum cleaner, and other car equipment.
  • Camping equipment: Garden electric tools (blowers, lawn mowers, electric drills, electric saws), BBQ grills, LED lights, etc.

Indoor

  • Refrigerator, kitchen devices (kettle, toaster, blender, coffee maker, rice cooker), laptops, phones, lighting, etc.

13. Examples of Loads

  • The 12V/30A, 12V/10A, cigarette lighter port, USB-A, and USB-C output ports are suitable for most products. However, some products may trigger overcurrent protection if there is a large current impact at the moment of starting.
  • The power of electrical products for AC output should be less than 2200W. For devices like air conditioners or motors that require high starting current, if the peak value of rated current exceeds 3:1, it may trigger overcurrent. In such cases, select appliances with lower power rates.
  • If the output is overloaded, over-current, or short-circuited, the product will turn off the corresponding output port and attempt to restart twice (at 20-second intervals). If the issue persists, the output port will lock, requiring manual troubleshooting and restart. If the output repeatedly stops after restarting, discontinue use or contact the vendor/maintenance agent.
  • When the battery power reaches 0%, DC and AC output will automatically turn off. Output can only be turned on again when the battery power is above 5%, which protects the battery and enhances its cycle life.
  • This machine supports simultaneous charging and discharging.

14. AC200MAX + B230 Connection

Capacity Expansion

  • AC200MAX can expand its capacity by 1-2 B230 battery packs, to 4096-6144Wh.
  • AC200MAX can expand its capacity by 1-2 B300 battery packs, to 5120-8192Wh.

Battery Expansion Instruction: The Hotswap Expansion Battery Module B230/B300 achieves capacity backup with an easy plug-on P090A Battery Expansion Cable.

Cable Connections:

  • a: Button 01 (Press to turn ON/OFF the Expansion Battery Function)
  • b: Button 02 (Switch to LOCK/UNLOCK the cable with AC200MAX)
  • c: Turn On B230 or B300 battery module.

AC200MAX Capacity Extended Mode: Follow the steps shown in the diagrams to connect the battery packs.

15. Estimation of Operating Time

The estimated operating times for various devices are:

  • Smartphone (10W): 175-200 times
  • LED Light Bulb (20W): Around 75-85 hours
  • Television (75W): Around 20-22 hours
  • Electronic Tools (80W): Around 19-20 hours
  • Refrigerator (90W): Around 17-19 hours
  • Slow Cooker (200W): Around 8-9 hours

The formula for calculating charging time is: 2048Wh × DOD × η ÷ (load W) = charging time (unit: h). Note: DOD is the battery discharge depth, and η is the local inverter efficiency. For this product, DOD=90%, η=88%.
