Samsung Lifestyle Weeks: Cashback and Free Gift Promotions
This document outlines the Samsung Lifestyle Weeks promotion, offering customers cashback and a free WOW subscription with the purchase of eligible Samsung TV and AV products.
Promotion Details
Promotion Period: July 14th – August 11th, 2025, 23:59 Uhr.
Eligibility: Private end customers aged 18 and above who purchase eligible products during the promotion period from participating retailers in Germany or the Samsung Online Shop/Shop App.
Cashback Offer: Customers receive a model-dependent cashback amount upon purchasing an eligible promotional device. Registration is required via samsung.de/lifestyleweeks by August 24th, 2025. Cashback will be credited within 45 business days after successful registration.
WOW Subscription Offer: Eligible customers receive voucher codes for a 12-month WOW subscription (WOW Movies, Series & Live Sports or WOW Movies & Series, including WOW Premium) with the purchase of specific promotional devices. Activation must be completed by August 15th, 2025. The first 12 months are free (€0/month), after which the subscription automatically renews at the standard monthly rate (e.g., €60.97/month for WOW Premium). Terms and conditions apply, and the offer is only valid for individuals aged 18 and above.
Free Jet 95 CompleteClean Offer: Customers purchasing specific TV models during the promotion period will receive a free Jet 95 CompleteClean in blue (VS20C95E4TB/WD) as a free gift. The gift must be purchased together with the promotional device in a single order. The price of the gift will be deducted automatically.
Free Delivery: Free delivery is offered for eligible TV products purchased through the Samsung Online Shop or Shop App within Germany.
Shop App Discount: Customers using the Samsung Shop App receive an additional 5% discount on eligible TV/AV models during the promotion period.
How to Participate
- Purchase an eligible Samsung promotional device during the promotion period.
- Register your purchase on samsung.de/lifestyleweeks by August 24th, 2025, providing full name, delivery address in Germany, valid bank details, email address, serial number, and model code. Upload the sales receipt (for in-store purchases) or order confirmation and invoice (for online purchases), along with a photo of the device's rating plate.
- For the WOW subscription offer, activate the voucher code by August 15th, 2025.
- For the free Jet 95 CompleteClean, ensure it is added to your order during checkout.
Important Terms and Conditions
- Participation is limited to a maximum of five (5) promotional devices per household.
- The promotion is not combinable with other offers, vouchers, subsidies, bonuses, or Samsung discount promotions, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Samsung reserves the right to end the promotion early or change the terms and conditions, especially in cases of force majeure or if the promotion cannot be carried out properly for technical or legal reasons, or if stock or budget is exhausted.
- Customers can withdraw from the promotion at any time by sending an email with the subject "Samsung VSX Lifestyle Weeks 2025" to aktionen@samsung.de.
