Important Information Regarding Model Codes

The listed model codes are country-specific. Customers wishing to participate in this promotion must ensure that their purchased devices have a model code that matches one from the tables above. Retailers can provide information on the model code of a selected device. Customers are strongly advised to verify the model code of their chosen device with the retailer before finalizing the purchase agreement, especially when purchasing online where personal verification of the model code is not possible. Identical devices with different model codes are not eligible for this promotion.

Promotion Details and Conditions

1. The promotion takes place from August 12 to September 7, 2025, at the Samsung Online Shop (samsung.com/de) and with other retailers in Germany offering the promotional devices. The invoice date on the receipt applies; for online orders, the confirmed order date from the retailer applies.
2. Upon purchasing a new promotional device, customers receive a model-dependent cashback as listed in the tables. Registration as per point 4 is required for cashback. Cashback cannot be paid in cash.
3. Registration Requirements: Promotional devices must be registered at samsung.de/entspiegelt. Required information includes full name, German delivery address, valid bank account details, email address, serial number, and country-specific model code. Additionally, upload the sales receipt (for in-store purchases) or order confirmation and invoice (for online purchases), and a photo of the device's rating plate (not the box).
4. Registration Deadline: Registration must be completed by September 21, 2025 (exclusion deadline). Late registrations will not be considered. Only the purchaser can register; retailers or third parties cannot. Missing information cannot be submitted later.
5. Cashback will generally be credited within 45 business days after successful registration. Cashback payments may reduce any initially claimed input tax amount.

7. Eligibility: Only private end customers aged 18 and over who purchased new promotional devices during the promotion period from a participating retailer in Germany or the Samsung Online Shop are eligible. Retailers, their employees, and individuals with business relationships with retailers, as well as their relatives and persons involved in the promotion's conception and execution, are excluded. Private sales, online auctions (e.g., eBay), and sales of used devices are also excluded. The promotion is valid only for in-stock or immediately available promotional devices.
8. Participation Limit: Each household can participate with a maximum of two promotional devices per product group for private use.
9. Participation is limited to one claim per promotional device. This promotion cannot be combined with other Samsung promotions, vouchers, subsidies, bonuses, or discounts, unless explicitly permitted by the other promotion's terms. Excluded are the Samsung Made for Germany promotion (details at samsung.de/madeforgermany) and the Mix & Match Deals promotion (details at samsung.de/mixmatch).
10. Samsung reserves the right to exclude participants who violate or fail to meet these terms, provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, use unfair means, or participate more often than permitted. Samsung may reclaim cashback retroactively if an exclusion reason is found.
11. Customers with incomplete registrations or submissions will be notified via email and given seven days to provide the missing information or complete documents. Failure to comply will result in final denial of cashback. Point 4's exclusion deadline remains unaffected.
12. Samsung may request original receipts for inspection and review all registrations for compliance, requesting missing documents as per point 9.
13. If a promotional device is returned or if it's found that the customer was not eligible for cashback after receiving it, the cashback must be repaid.
14. Samsung may terminate the promotion early or change the terms, especially in cases of force majeure, technical/legal issues, or depleted stock/budget. Samsung may extend the promotion, particularly if promotional items change. Customers will be notified of changes and given a period to object; continued participation implies acceptance of new terms unless objected to.
15. Customers can withdraw from the promotion at any time by emailing aktionen@samsung.de with the subject "Samsung VSX Q3 National Promotion 2025" to waive cashback.
16. By registering the promotional devices, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
17. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
