Promotion Details and Conditions
- Model Code Verification: The listed model codes are specific to the German market. Customers are responsible for ensuring their purchased device's model code matches one from the provided lists. Participating retailers can provide information on model codes. It is strongly advised to confirm the model code with the retailer before purchase, especially for online purchases where physical inspection is not possible. Devices with identical specifications but different model codes are not eligible for this promotion.
- Promotion Period: The promotion runs from August 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025 (the "Promotion Period"). Purchases made within Germany, including the Samsung online shop (samsung.com/de) and participating retailers, are valid. The invoice date serves as proof of purchase; for online orders, the retailer-confirmed order date applies.
- Voucher Code: Eligible customers will receive a voucher code for a 90-day subscription to the ARD Plus streaming service upon purchasing an eligible device during the Promotion Period. The content and uninterrupted operation of the streaming service are the responsibility of the service provider.
- Eligibility: This promotion is exclusively for private end customers aged 18 and above who purchase a new promotional device from a participating retailer in Germany during the Promotion Period. Wholesalers and retailers are not eligible. Private sales, online auctions (e.g., eBay), and purchases of used devices are excluded. The promotion is only valid for devices that are in stock or immediately available.
- Redemption: Voucher codes for promotional TVs can be accessed exclusively between August 1, 2025, and October 31, 2025, via the pre-installed Samsung Promotion App on the promotional device. Voucher codes must be activated by November 14, 2025 (the "Exclusion Period"). To redeem the codes, registration with ARD Plus at www.ardplus.de/gutschein is required. This involves agreeing to the terms of use, contract options, privacy settings, and cookies. Voucher codes are non-negotiable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. Cash redemption is not possible. The voucher codes are for new customers only and entitle them to a subscription. Customers who already have a paid ARD Plus subscription at the time of the promotion are not eligible. Each customer can redeem the offer only once. Registration requires providing full name, a valid payment method, and an email address. ARD Plus terms and conditions apply.
- New Customers: This offer is valid only once for new customers who have not previously subscribed to ARD Plus. Redemption of the promotional code is possible until November 14, 2025, at ardplus.de/gutschein with a valid payment method. Prior registration as a subscriber with a contract is necessary. This offer cannot be combined with other promotions or vouchers. After the extended trial period, the regular subscription fee of €4.99/month (incl. VAT) applies, with automatic monthly renewals unless canceled. Cancellation is possible with two days' notice before the end of the extended trial period or any subsequent monthly billing period. - Household Limit: Each household can participate with a maximum of two promotional devices for private use only.
- Exclusion Clause: Samsung reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these terms and conditions, provide false or misleading information, use unfair means, or attempt to participate more often than permitted. In such cases, Samsung may revoke or block the bonus, even retrospectively, and may charge the regular price for any bonus already redeemed.
- Purchase Returns: In the event of a final return of the purchased item, the bonus automatically ends at the time of the return. Voucher codes must be returned, or the participant must provide compensation for their value. Samsung reserves the right to have voucher codes blocked by the streaming service provider.
Proof for Faulty or Missing Streaming Vouchers:
If the Samsung Promotion App does not display valid streaming vouchers during the Promotion Period, or if displayed vouchers are found to be invalid, participants must report this by submitting proof no later than the last day of the Promotion Period. Required proof should be sent via email to aktionen@samsung.de and must include:
- A copy of the promotional device's invoice
- The Cable MAC address of the purchased promotional device
- The streaming code and proof of the error
Incomplete submissions or those received after the Promotion Period cannot be considered and do not grant entitlement to the streaming vouchers.

- Changes to Promotion: Samsung and the respective streaming service provider reserve the right to end the promotion early, extend it, or modify the terms and conditions. This applies particularly in cases of force majeure or if the proper execution of the promotion cannot be guaranteed due to technical or legal reasons. In case of changes to the terms, customers will be promptly notified and given a reasonable period to object. If no objection is raised within this period, the modified terms will be considered accepted. Customers may not refuse consent without providing substantial reasons.

- Governing Law: The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
