1. Eligible Promotional Devices

This promotion applies to the following new Samsung promotional devices for the German market with corresponding model codes ("Promotional Devices"):

Samsung Lifestyle Promotional TVs

The listed model codes are country-specific. Customers purchasing promotional devices and wishing to participate in this promotion are responsible for ensuring that their purchased devices have a model code that matches one from the tables above. Retailers can provide information on the model code of a selected device. Customers are strongly advised to clarify the model code of their chosen device with the retailer before concluding the purchase agreement, especially when purchasing a promotional device online where customers cannot personally verify that the device has a model code eligible for participation in the promotion before concluding the purchase agreement. Identical devices with different model codes are not eligible for this promotion.

2. Promotion Period and Participating Retailers

The promotion runs from July 7th to August 10th, 2025 ("Promotion Period") in the Samsung Online Shop at samsung.com/de and at other retailers in Germany that offer the promotional devices ("Participating Retailers"). The invoice date applies; for online orders, the order date confirmed by the retailer applies.

3. Cashback

Upon purchasing a new promotional device, customers will receive a model-dependent refund ("Cashback"). Registration according to section 4 is required for cashback, whether purchased from a participating retailer or the Samsung Online Shop. Cashback cannot be paid out in cash.

4. Registration Process

Promotional devices must be registered at samsung.de/lifestyleweeks. This requires providing your full name, a delivery address in Germany, valid bank account details, an email address, the serial number, and the country-specific model code (as per the tables above). You must also upload a photo of the receipt (for purchases from stationary retailers) or the order confirmation and invoice (for online purchases), as well as a photo of the rating plate attached to the promotional device itself (a photo of the plate on the box is not sufficient). Registration must be completed by August 24th, 2025 (exclusion deadline). Late registrations will not be considered and do not entitle you to cashback. Missing information cannot be submitted later. If all requirements for cashback are met, the cashback will typically be credited within 45 working days after successful registration. The cashback payout will reduce any originally claimed input tax amount.

5a. WOW Subscription Bonus (Movies, Series & Live-Sport)

Eligible customers will receive voucher codes for a 12-month WOW Movies, Series & Live-Sport subscription, including WOW Premium (availability depends on the promotional device), when purchasing a promotional device during the Lifestyle Weeks. Activation must be completed by August 15th, 2025. Offer only available to individuals aged 18 and over. For the first twelve months (minimum contract period), the cost is €0/month. Subsequently, the subscription automatically extends indefinitely. From the 13th month, the cost will be €60.97/month (incl. WOW Premium). WOW Premium can be cancelled without additional cost starting from the 13th month. The stated subscription price will then be reduced by €6/month. Activation must be completed by August 15th, 2025. Offer only available to individuals aged 18 and over. For the first twelve months (minimum contract period), the cost is €0/month. Subsequently, the subscription automatically extends indefinitely. From the 13th month, the cost will be €15.98/month (incl. WOW Premium). WOW Premium can be cancelled without additional cost starting from the 13th month. The stated subscription price will then be reduced by €6/month. 6. Eligibility

Only private end customers aged 18 and over who purchase new promotional devices from a participating retailer in Germany or from the Samsung Online Shop at samsung.com/de during the promotion period are eligible. Wholesalers and retailers are not eligible. Private sales/purchases, as well as sales/purchases via online auctions (e.g., eBay) and sales/purchases of used devices, are also excluded. The promotion is only valid for promotional devices in stock or immediately available.

7. Household Limit

Each household can participate in the promotion with a maximum of two promotional devices per product group for private use only.

8. Participation and Combinability

Participation in the promotion is limited to one time per promotional device. If a soundbar is a free bonus, the customer is not eligible for cashback. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, vouchers, subsidies, bonuses, or discount campaigns from Samsung, unless expressly permitted in the terms and conditions of the other promotion. Excluded from this are the Samsung Made for Germany promotion for selected Samsung promotional devices (details, scope, and promotional devices at samsung.de/madeforgermany) and the Mix & Match Deals promotion (details at samsung.de/mixmatch).

9. Exclusion from Promotion

Samsung is entitled to exclude participants from the promotion who violate or do not comply with these terms and conditions; make false, misleading, or fraudulent statements; use unfair means; and/or participate or attempt to participate in the promotion more often than permitted. In the event of an exclusion reason, Samsung is entitled to reclaim the cashback retroactively.

10. Incomplete Information

Customers who provide incomplete information and/or submit incomplete documents will be notified by email and asked to provide the missing information or complete documents within seven days. If a customer fails to comply with this request or resubmits incomplete documents within seven days, the cashback will be definitively forfeited. Section 4 remains unaffected; complete registration must be made within the exclusion deadline.

11. Verification

Samsung reserves the right to request original receipts and review them, to check all registrations and submissions for compliance with these terms and conditions, and to request missing documents as per section 9 if necessary.

12. Repayment of Cashback

In the event of a final reversal of the purchase of a promotional device, or if it is discovered after receiving the cashback that the customer was not entitled to it, the cashback must be repaid.

13. Changes to the Promotion

Samsung is entitled to terminate the promotion prematurely or to change the terms and conditions. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and if proper execution of the promotion cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons, or if the stock or budget is exhausted. Samsung reserves the right to extend the promotion, especially if promotional items (such as promotional models) are changed. In the event of a change, the customer will be informed immediately; the customer will be granted a reasonable period within which to object to the new terms and conditions. The changed terms and conditions are considered approved if the customer does not object within the period. The customer may not refuse their consent without stating valid reasons.

14. Withdrawal from Promotion

Customers are entitled to withdraw from the promotion at any time by sending an email with the subject "Samsung VSX Lifestyle Weeks 2025" to aktionen@samsung.de, thereby waiving their right to receive cashback.

15. Agreement to Terms

By registering the promotional devices, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

16. Governing Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.

17. Organizer

The organizer of the promotion is Samsung Electronics GmbH, Frankfurter Straße 2, 65760 Eschborn.
