Assembly Steps

General Advice

Step 1

Attach wooden dowels and cam lock screws.

Insert six (6x) wooden dowels (10119241) into the designated holes on one of the main horizontal panels. On a separate square block component, insert one (1x) cam lock screw (10119259).

Step 2

Prepare panels with cam lock screws and dowels.

Insert two (2x) cam lock screws (10119259) into the pre-drilled holes on a long panel. A close-up diagram shows a cam lock screw being inserted into a panel, and then a cam lock (10119261) being inserted into a corresponding hole on another panel and turned clockwise to secure.

Step 3

Connect panels using dowels and cam locks.

Align the panels prepared in Step 2 with the main structure. Insert dowels into corresponding holes and secure using cam locks (12x total for this step), turning them clockwise to lock the pieces together.

Step 4

Attach side panels.

Connect the side panels to the main structure. Ensure the dowels and cam lock screws align correctly with the receiving holes. Secure with cam locks.

Step 5

Attach support legs.

Turn the partially assembled unit upside down or to the side. Attach the support legs to the bottom of the unit using the provided hardware, ensuring they are firmly secured.

Step 6

Secure components with cam locks.

Attach another component using a cam lock (1x). The diagram shows a prohibition symbol over a power drill (??), indicating that manual tightening with a screwdriver is required.

Step 7

Join main sections.

Connect the two main sections of the media unit. Align the components and secure them using the appropriate hardware, likely dowels and cam locks.

Step 8

Connect additional panels.

Continue connecting any remaining panels or structural elements as indicated by the diagrams, using dowels and cam locks (2x and 6x shown in diagrams).

Step 9

Install horizontal supports.

Insert the horizontal support pieces into their designated slots within the unit. These provide additional stability and shelf support.

Step 10

Attach top panel and adjust feet.

Place the top panel onto the assembled structure. Secure it in place. The diagram shows adjustable feet being tightened using the provided wrench (10119973), allowing for leveling the unit on uneven floors. The feet can be adjusted up or down (⬆️⬇️).
