Assembly Steps
Step 1: Prepare Panels
Insert 6x wooden dowels (Part No. 10119241) into the designated holes on a panel. Attach 1x cam lock assembly.
Step 2: Insert Dowels
Insert 2x wooden dowels (Part No. 10119259) into the long panel. Ensure dowels are fully seated.
Step 3: Install Cam Lock Nuts
Insert 12x cam lock nuts (Part No. 10119261) into the pre-drilled holes on the panels. The arrow on the nut should point towards the incoming bolt. ❌ Do not overtighten.
Step 4: Attach Side Panel
Connect a side panel to the top panel using the dowels and cam lock bolts. Secure by turning the cam lock nuts. ❌ Ensure correct alignment of parts before tightening.
Detail: The cam lock bolt threads into the nut, creating a secure connection.
Step 5: Attach Legs
Attach the four legs to the bottom panel using the provided hardware.
Step 6: Attach Second Side Panel
Attach the second side panel to the structure, aligning it with the dowels and cam lock bolts.
Step 7: Attach Back Panel
Slide or attach the back panel into the grooves or designated slots on the assembled frame.
Step 8: Secure Structure with Cam Locks
Insert and secure additional cam lock nuts as indicated in the diagrams to reinforce the structure.
Step 9: Connect Further Components
Insert 6x wooden dowels and attach 6x cam lock assemblies to connect further structural elements, ensuring a stable frame.
Step 10: Final Assembly and Levelling
Attach the top panel to the assembled base structure. Secure using the cam lock mechanisms. The assembled unit is shown. Adjust the feet using the provided wrench (Part No. 10119973) to ensure the unit is level on the floor. ⬆️⬇️
Final Checks
Verify that all connections are tight and the unit is stable and level. The adjustable feet allow for easy levelling on uneven surfaces.
