Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Frames
Attach the main bunk bed frames (A, B) to the long side rails (C, D) and short side rails (E) using 1/4" x 20mm bolts (N). Ensure all bolts are started but not tightened. This forms the basic structure of the top and bottom bunks.
Step 2: Attach Top Bunk Supports
Attach two bed support beams (H) and two bed support beams (J) to the inside of the top bunk side rails (C, D) using 1/4" x 20mm bolts (N). These will support the mattress for the top bunk.
Step 3: Attach Bottom Bunk Supports
Attach two bed support beams (K) and two bed support beams (L) to the inside of the bottom bunk side rails (E) using 1/4" x 20mm bolts (N). These will support the mattress for the bottom bunk.
Step 4: Attach Guardrails and Ladder
Secure the top bunk guardrails (F) to the top bunk side rails (C, D) using 1/4" x 20mm bolts (N). Attach the ladder (G) to the frame using 1/4" x 20mm bolts (N). Ensure the ladder is oriented correctly for access.
Step 5: Secure All Supports and Components
Fully tighten all bolts securing the bed support beams (H, J, K, L) to the frame and side rails. Use the remaining 1/4" x 20mm bolts (N), 1/4" x 50mm bolts (P), 1/4" x 65mm bolts (Q), 5/16" x 20mm bolts (M), and 5/16" bolt (S). Use the Allen wrench (R) for tightening.
Step 6: Attach Remaining Guardrails
Attach the remaining top bunk guardrails (F) to the opposite side of the top bunk using 1/4" x 20mm bolts (N).
