Installation Instructions

This document provides instructions for installing the Resistex AUREA ceiling fan.

Safety Notes

• Never work on the fixture when it is live (under voltage).
• Installation must be performed by a professional installer, adhering to electrical installation standards and regulations.
• Be aware of the risk of electrostatic discharges ([ESD] Norm). Handle components with necessary precautions.

Installation Steps

Mounting Bracket and Ceiling Plate

Diagram Description (Page 2, Top Left): This diagram shows the ceiling mounting plate with its dimensions and screw hole pattern. Key dimensions include slots of Ø30 x 60mm, screw holes of Ø7 x 23mm, and spacing of 76mm and 108mm between mounting points. The plate itself is 38mm high.

Step 1 (Page 2): Attach the mounting bracket (labeled '1') securely to the ceiling structure using two screws (labeled 'X2').

Diagram Description (Page 1, Diagram 7b): This illustration, relevant for the LED version, shows the mounting bracket being fixed to the ceiling.

Electrical Connections

Step 2 (Page 2): Connect the motor unit (labeled '2') to the mounted ceiling bracket. An upward [arrow] indicates the direction of attachment.

Steps 3 & 4 (Page 2): Perform electrical wiring. Step 3 shows connecting the motor and LED components. Step 4 illustrates the main wiring block, detailing connections for Neutral ([Neutral]) and Live ([Live]) wires. It specifies connections for both "VERSION SANS LED" (without LED) and "VERSION AVEC LED" (with LED).

Motor Housing and Blades

Step 5 (Page 2): Attach the motor housing or canopy cover over the wiring and mounting bracket to conceal the electrical connections and mounting hardware.

Step 6 (Page 2): Attach the fan blades (labeled '6') to the motor assembly using six screws (labeled 'X6').

Installation Clearances and Dimensions
