Installation Overview & Clearances
Diagram 7b shows the ceiling bracket being mounted to the ceiling using screws.
Diagram 8 illustrates attaching the main fan motor unit to the previously mounted ceiling bracket.
Diagram 9 details the electrical wiring connections within the fan unit.
Clearance Requirements (Diagram 10):
- Minimum 760mm (approx. 2.5 ft) from blade tip to wall.
- Minimum 2300mm (approx. 7.5 ft) from floor to blades.
Mounting Box Dimensions (Diagram 10):
- Diameter: Ø1320mm (approx. 4.3 ft)
- Height: 160mm
- Width: 200mm
- Depth: 210mm
Assembly Steps
Step 1: Mount Ceiling Bracket
Diagram 1 shows the ceiling bracket, which has mounting holes of Ø7 x 23mm and Ø30 x 60mm. It is attached to the ceiling. The diagram also indicates [power-off] and [power-on] positions, likely for a power switch.
Step 2: Attach Motor Unit
Diagram 2 shows the motor unit being attached to the ceiling bracket.
Step 3 & 4: Electrical Connections
Diagrams 3 and 4 illustrate the wiring. For the ? Motor LED and VERSION SANS LED (Version without LED), wires are connected to a terminal block. Connections include Neutral (N), Live (L), and Earth (green/yellow wire).
Step 5: Attach Fan Body
Diagram 5 shows the main fan body being attached.
Step 6: Attach Blades
Diagram 6 shows the fan blades being attached to the motor housing using six screws ([PH2 screwdriver] x6).
Step 7a & 7b: Blade Attachment Detail
Diagrams 7a and 7b provide a closer view of how the blades are secured to the motor.
