2. Safeguards

4. Appliance Description
The conditioner consists of indoor and outdoor units connected by pipelines. It can be controlled via a remote control board or the indoor unit control panel.

6. Device Control
Control is via the remote control or the indoor unit control panel.

If the remote control is lost or unavailable, use the "ON/OFF" button behind the front panel. Open the front panel by pulling it from the left and right.
- Press once for automatic mode.
- Press again within five seconds for forced cooling mode.
The front panel display shows temperature and indicators for power, night mode, timer, and compressor operation.

Button Functions:
- ON/OFF (Power): Turns the conditioner on or off.
- MODE: Selects operating mode (AUTO, COOL, DRY, HEAT, FAN).
- SLEEP: Activates/deactivates sleep mode (low fan speed).
- SWING: Adjusts air outlet blind position for air direction.
- HEALTH: Activates/deactivates ion function (not available on all models).
- SUPER: Enables intensive mode. Automatically disabled when changing modes or fan speed.
- TIMER: Sets automatic on/off time.
- INDICATORS LIGHT: Toggles backlight for the indoor unit display.
- INCREASE THE TEMPERATURE: Controls temperature settings.
- ECO: Eco mode button.
- OPTION: Model-specific option (not available on H-AC-H1).
Work with Remote Control Board
Mounting and replacement of batteries: Use two LR03 alkaline batteries. Do not mix old/new or different types. Remove batteries if the unit is not used for a long time. Average battery life is six months. Replace if commands are not confirmed or display is unresponsive. Point IR-radiator at the indoor unit receiver. Keep within 8m. Ensure clear line of sight; curtains or doors may block signals. Protect from water and direct sunlight.
7. Operating Modes
COOL, HEAT, and FAN Modes
- Turn on the conditioner using the "ON/OFF" button.
- Press "MODE" to select COOL, HEAT, or FAN manually.
- Use "TEMP" buttons (up/down) to set the desired indoor temperature (not applicable for FAN mode).
- Press "FAN SPEED" to select fan speed: AUTO, LOW, MIDDLE, HIGH.
- Press "ON/OFF" again to turn off the conditioner.
In FAN mode, indoor temperature is not set.
DRY Mode
Turn on with "ON/OFF". Press "MODE" to select DRY. The unit will operate in this mode. Press "ON/OFF" to turn off. The unit automatically switches off when indoor temperature drops to 10°C and resumes when it rises to 12°C.
TIMER Mode
Procedure for setting timer:
- Press "Timer ON" to activate Timer ON. Each press increases activation time by 30 minutes (0-10 hours) or 1 hour (10-24 hours). The unit will turn on automatically.
- Press "Timer OFF" to activate Timer OFF. Each press increases deactivation time by 30 minutes (0-10 hours) or 1 hour (10-24 hours). The unit will turn off automatically.
SLEEP Mode
Activates sleep mode. In cooling mode, temperature increases by 1°C per hour for two hours. In heating mode, it decreases by 2°C per hour for two hours. After 7 hours, the unit turns off. Sleep mode is disabled when power is turned off.
Regulation of Treated Air Flow Direction
Adjust the position of the deflectors (blinds) using the "SWING" button to ensure even temperature distribution and comfort. This controls air direction up/down and left/right.
8. Maintenance
- Before cleaning, unplug the conditioner from the power supply.
- Cleaning the indoor unit and remote control board:
- Use a dry soft cloth. If the indoor unit is very dirty, moisten the cloth with cold water.
- Do not use a moist cloth on the remote control board.
- Do not use brushes or leave them on the unit to avoid damage.
- Do not use petrol, solvents, cleaning powders, or other chemical agents.
- Before a sustained interruption in operation:
- Run the conditioner in FAN mode for several hours to dry internal cavities.
- Unplug the conditioner. Remove batteries from the remote control.
- Pre-operation checks:
- Ensure the air filter is installed.
- Ensure outdoor unit grilles are not blocked by foreign objects.
- Cleaning of air filter:
- The air filter removes dust and particles. A contaminated filter reduces capacity.
- Clean the filter every two weeks for permanent use, or more often in dusty environments.
- To remove the filter, open the indoor unit panel.
- Clean filters with a vacuum cleaner or rinse in clean water. For heavy contamination, use a soft brush and diluted washing solution, then dry in a cool place.
- When vacuuming, hold the contaminated surface up. When washing, hold it down.
- Do not dry in direct sun or near fire.
- Reinstall the filter and close the panel.
Warranty Information
This section details the warranty terms and conditions for Hyundai air conditioners sold in the Russian Federation. It covers:
- Warranty service and repair are performed by authorized service centers.
- Expertise and repair duration: no more than 45 days.

- Consumable parts (filters, batteries) and parts subject to natural wear are not covered by warranty unless the defect is due to manufacturing.
- The warranty is valid only for products purchased and installed within the Russian Federation.
