Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, consult the following table:
Common Issues and Solutions
Charger Issues
Charger getting hot is normal. If the charger is connected but the appliance is not charging, check the connection or contact support.
Appliance Stops During Use
If the appliance stops, it may be overheating (⚠️). Turn it off and let it cool for at least 1 hour. Contact support if overheating persists.
Battery Depletion
If the appliance stops after the charge light flashes, the battery is depleted. Recharge the vacuum cleaner.
Brush Issues
If the power brush is not working properly or makes noise, check for obstructions or wear. Contact support for replacement parts.
Suction Problems
If suction is poor, check for blocked intake channels, full dust collector, incorrect dust collector fit, clogged intake head, or blocked foam filter.
