Setup and Installation
Charging Station Placement
To ensure optimal performance and safety, place the charging station according to these guidelines:
- Ensure there is an empty area of 1.5 meters (approx. 5 feet) on each side and 2 meters (approx. 6.5 feet) in front of the docking station.
- Do not install the docking station near stairs.
- The cable must be tight and neatly arranged to avoid entanglement.
- Always place the docking station on a hard, flat floor.
- Do not place the docking station on carpet.

Connecting to Power
Connect the power adapter to the charging dock and a power supply. Ensure the cable is arranged so the robot vacuum cleaner will not get entangled during operation.

Operation
Charging the Robot
To charge the robot, place it on the docking station. The charging plates on the robot must touch those of the docking station.
- When charging, the robot's indicator light flashes blue ?.
- When fully charged, the indicator light turns solid blue ?.
To return the robot to the docking station and charge it, press the Recharge button ?. The robot will return to charge, and the Recharge button will light up red ?.

Cleaning Modes
The robot offers several cleaning modes:
- Methodic Mode (Systematic Cleaning): Press the Power button ? once. The robot will start cleaning the entire accessible area of your home. The power button will be solid blue.
- Spot Mode (Localized Cleaning): Press the Power button ? twice. The robot will clean a specific area. The power button will be solid blue. Note: Spot mode is not available when the robot is on the docking station.
- Wall Follow Mode (Edges and Corners): Press the Power button ? three times. The robot will clean along walls and in corners. The power button will be solid blue.

Pausing and Resuming Cleaning
To pause cleaning, press the Power button ?. The robot will pause ⏸️, and the Power button will flash blue. Press the Power button again to resume cleaning ▶️.

Using the Tefal Robots App
To access all features, download the free "Tefal Robots" app ? from the App Store or Google Play. Use the QR code provided to find the app. Follow the in-app instructions to enjoy your robot.

Wi-Fi Connection Status
The Wi-Fi indicator LED ? shows the connection status:
- Solid blue: Robot is connected.
- Flashing blue: Robot is trying to connect.
- Off: Robot is not connected.

Detailed Cleaning Instructions
- Dust Box: Open the flip cover, lift the dust box handle, and remove the dust box. Remove the dust cover, lift the filter screen belt, and take out the filter screen. Empty the dust, use a cleaning brush to clean the dust bin, and rinse the inside under running water. Clean the filter with a brush. Clean the dust box once a week.
- Filter: Clean the filter with a brush. Replace the fine dust filter every 6 months.
- Brushes (Main/Middle): Push the lock lever to the middle and lift to remove the middle sweeping scraper. Grab the middle sweeping brush and lift to remove it. Use a cleaning brush to clean the elements and remove hair/entanglements regularly.
- Side Brushes: Remove the side brush, use a cleaning brush to clean it and the slot. Replace lateral brushes every 6 months.
- Wheels: Clean the robot's wheels weekly to remove entangled hair and fibers. Use the tool in the kit to extract the front wheel.
- Sensors and Plates: After cleaning, wipe the light-transmitting plate and sensors with a dry cotton cloth to prevent dust accumulation.

Troubleshooting and Error Codes
If your robot vacuum encounters an issue, consult the following troubleshooting guide and error code table.
Common Issues and Solutions
- Charger is getting hot: This is normal. The vacuum can remain connected without risk.
- Charger connected but appliance not charging: Check charger connection or contact service.
- Appliance stops during use (overheating): Stop the appliance and let it cool for at least 1 hour. Contact service if overheating persists.
- Appliance stopped after charge light flashing: Battery is depleted. Recharge the vacuum cleaner.
- Power-brush not working properly or makes noise: Obstruction in brush/hose, worn brush, or worn belt. Stop and clean, or contact service for replacement.
- Power-brush stops during vacuuming: Safety function triggered. Stop, check for obstructions, clean, and restart.
- Vacuum cleaner not vacuuming well, making noise: Blocked intake channel, full dust collector, improperly fitted dust collector, clogged intake head, saturated foam filter. Follow specific cleaning or re-fitting instructions.
Error Code Table

8 | Middel brush error | Main brush is not working, overload. Indicator DOCKING flashes 2 times and beeps once. |
9 | Side brush error | Side brush is not working, overload. Indicator DOCKING flashes 3 times and beeps once. |
10 | Wall sensor error | Wall sensor error. Indicator DOCKING flashes 4 times and beep once. |
11 | Fan motor error | Fan motor is not working, overload. Indicator DOCKING flashes 5 times and beeps once. |
12 | No dustbin error | No dustbin. Indicator DOCKING flashes 6 times and beeps once. |
13 | Charging error | Robot is not well connected to the docking station. Indicator DOCKING flashes 7 times and beeps once. |

Storage and Disposal
Long-Term Storage
To extend battery lifespan, keep the robot on the docking station when not in use. If storing the robot off the dock, ensure it is turned OFF and the battery is fully charged. Store in a cool, dry place. Recharge the battery every 3 months if not in use.
Battery Removal and Disposal
Important: Turn off the robot before removing the battery. Follow the model-specific instructions to turn off the appliance (using the ON/OFF button or pressing the Power button for 3 seconds). Turn the robot upside down to access the battery slot. Remove the battery by unscrewing the top cover. Disconnect the battery from the robot. Recycle the battery and robot responsibly.
