Loading Recommendations
For optimal performance, load items loosely and evenly around the washplate and agitator. Avoid placing items lengthwise.
Pretreating Before Running a Wash Cycle
Use the fabric brush (if applicable) for pretreating. Open the brush, add liquid detergent, close, and then dispense by pressing the button. Ensure not to wash water-resistant or water-repellent clothing, as this can cause abnormal vibrations and damage.
More Water When You Want It
The washer is designed for efficient cleaning with less water. The 'Deep Water' option allows you to add more water to the load, with levels ranging from 'Auto' to 'Max Fill'. Note that it's normal for not all items to be submerged.
Auto Sensing & Deep Water Wash
The washer automatically adjusts water levels for optimal cleaning. The 'Deep Water' option provides four levels: Auto, Medium, High, and Max Fill. As the load washes, items may settle, which is normal.
Using the Dispenser
The Load & Go™ feature is enabled by default. You can adjust detergent dispensing options and concentration (2X to 10X) by holding the LOAD & GO button. Pull out the drawer for easy refilling.
Cycle Guide
The guide helps you select the best cycle by matching 'What to Wash' with 'How to Wash'. 'R' indicates a recommended cycle, 'a' an alternative, and a blank space means the cycle is available but not optimal.
Example: For 'Cottons/Linens' under 'Regular' (Ordinary), 'Normal', 'Wrinkle Control', 'Heavy Duty', 'Sanitize with Oxi', 'Cold Wash', and 'Quick' cycles are recommended (R). Other cycles are alternative (a).
Note: The 'Sanitize with Oxi' cycle eliminates 99.9% of bacteria when used with Oxi additives. Preset cycle settings are required for proper sanitization.
Washer Icons
Various icons indicate the status and functions of the washer, such as Door Locked, Load & Go Warning, Remote Enable, Delay Start, PreSoak, Deep Water, Fabric Softener, Extra Rinse, Load & Go levels (50%, 75%, Full), Smartgrid/Peak Rates, Smart Delay, Smart Pause, WiFi Status Indicator, Cycle Signal, Clean Washer, and Faucet status.
