DETOLF Glass-Door Cabinet

Note: Screws and plugs for the wall are not included. Use screws and plugs suitable for your walls. If you are uncertain, seek professional advice. Read and follow each step of the instructions carefully.
Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Side Panels
This step involves preparing the two main vertical side panels. You will attach a metal bracket (labeled '1' in the diagram) to the bottom of each side panel using two screws (part number 100600) and two nuts (part number 100002). A magnified view shows the screw passing through the panel and bracket, secured by the nut. An incorrect placement of the bracket is indicated with a 'X' symbol.
Step 2: Attach Wheels and Brackets
Attach the remaining metal brackets (labeled '1' again) to the bottom panel. Then, attach the four wheels (part number 113290) to the underside of the bottom panel using screws (part number 109562) and nuts (part number 100002).
Step 3: Attach Wheels to Base
This step reiterates attaching the wheels (part number 113290) to the base panel, ensuring they are securely fastened.
Step 4: Assemble Main Frame
Two people are shown assembling the main frame. One person holds a side panel upright, while the other inserts long metal strips (part number 10094269) into the pre-drilled slots on the side panels.
Step 5: Attach Top Panel
The top panel is placed onto the assembled side panels, connecting them to form the basic structure of the cabinet.
Step 6: Secure Frame with Strap
A safety strap (part number 100823) is used to secure the frame. The strap is threaded through designated holes and fastened with a screw (part number 100823). A magnified view shows the correct method of securing the strap, with an incorrect method crossed out.
Step 7: Insert Glass Shelves
Two people carefully insert the glass shelves into the assembled frame. The shelves rest on internal supports.
Step 8: Attach Wall Mounting Bracket
The wall mounting bracket (labeled '1') is attached to the top rear of the cabinet frame using two screws (part number 109049) and two nuts (part number 106989).
Step 9: Place Top Shelf
The uppermost shelf is positioned into the cabinet.
Step 10: Attach Top Frame
The top decorative frame or cap is attached to the top of the cabinet using four screws (part number 100600).
Step 11: Secure Cabinet to Wall
This step illustrates attaching the corresponding wall bracket to the wall. A person is shown using a drill and then securing the bracket to the wall with appropriate screws (not included).
Step 12: Connect Cabinet to Wall Bracket
The cabinet is brought to the wall, and the bracket attached to the cabinet (from Step 8) is slotted into the wall-mounted bracket. A magnified view shows the connection mechanism.
Step 13: Attach Doors
The two glass doors are prepared for attachment. A magnified view shows hinges being attached to the doors.
Step 14: Attach Hinges to Doors
The hinges (part number 101649) are screwed onto the glass doors. The diagram shows the correct orientation for the hinges.
Step 15: Attach Hinges to Cabinet Frame
The other part of the hinges is attached to the frame of the cabinet itself.
Step 16: Mount Doors to Cabinet
The doors are attached to the cabinet by connecting the hinge components. A magnified view shows the connection.
Step 17: Adjust Doors
The alignment of the doors is adjusted using screws on the hinges to ensure they hang straight and close properly. A magnified view shows the adjustment screws.
Step 18: Final Check and Packaging Disposal
The assembled cabinet is shown. A person is depicted placing packaging material into a trash receptacle, indicating proper disposal.
Step 19: Attach Door Handles/Stops
Door stoppers or handles (part numbers 102047 and 102039) are attached to the doors. The diagrams show how to slide or attach these components.
Step 20: Secure Glass Shelves
The glass shelves are secured in place using small pins (part number 109842) inserted into the side panels.
Step 21: Final Assembly and Care
The cabinet is shown fully assembled with all shelves in place. A diagram also provides basic cleaning and care instructions, suggesting wiping with a damp cloth.
Step 22: Secure Shelves with Pins
This step details inserting shelf support pins (part number 102433) into the pre-drilled holes on the side panels to hold the shelves.
Step 23: Insert Final Shelf
The last glass shelf is inserted into its designated position, completing the internal setup of the cabinet.
