Product Overview
The YYK-Q71 earbuds feature a sleek design with a charging case that includes a power display.
Charging Case:
- Power Display: Shows the remaining battery percentage, typically "100" when fully charged.
- Type-C Charging Port: Located on the case for charging.
Earbuds:
- Each earbud has a microphone hole for calls.
- Features a Left side MFB (Multi-Function Button) and a Right side MFB (Multi-Function Button) for control.
- Contains speakers for audio playback.
Charging
Earbuds Charging:
Insert the earbuds into the charging case properly. They will automatically power off and begin charging.
Charging Case Charging:
Use the provided Type-C cable and a 5V/1A adapter (not included) to charge the charging case. The charging case's power display will show "100%" when fully charged.
Tips: If the earbuds are not charging or turning on, there might be an oxidized layer on the charging contacts. Clean the magnetic connector on the earbuds and the charging pins on the case with alcohol wipes.
Power On/Off
Automatically Power On/Off:
- Remove the earbuds from the charging case: they will power on automatically and enter pairing mode.
- Place the earbuds back into the charging case: they will automatically disconnect and power off.
Manually Power On/Off:
- If an earbud is out of the charging case and powered off, press and hold it for 5 seconds to power it on.
- To power off both earbuds simultaneously, disconnect Bluetooth from your device and press and hold either earbud for 5 seconds.
How to Wear
Clip the earbud onto your ear and adjust it for the most comfortable angle. Ensure the speaker part of the earbud aligns correctly with your ear canal.

Bluetooth Connection
For first-time use or after a long period of inactivity, ensure both earbuds and the charging case are fully charged.
First Time Pairing:
- Take both earbuds out of the charging case. They will automatically power on and enter pairing mode. The master earbud's LED will flash Blue/Red alternately, and the vice earbud's LED will flash Blue quickly.
- On your smartphone, activate the Bluetooth settings, search for "YYK-Q71", and connect.
Once connected, the LED lights on both earbuds will turn off.
Note: If the earbuds are not connected to your device for over 5 minutes, they will power off automatically.

Factory Restore Setting
When should I reset?
- When only one earbud is playing music.
- When "YYK-Q71" cannot be found on your device.
- When both earbuds fail to pair with each other or encounter connection issues.
How to reset:
- Delete the "YYK-Q71" record from your device's Bluetooth menu and deactivate the Bluetooth setting.
- Ensure the charging case has power or is plugged into a power supply.
- Insert both earbuds into the charging case to get charged.
- Press and hold both earbuds for 8 seconds simultaneously to clear the pairing record with the last device. During this process, both earbuds' LEDs will flash Red/Blue once, then turn Red to indicate charging.
- Turn on the Bluetooth setting on your device, search for, and connect to the earbuds.
Note: If the issue persists, repeat the steps.
Safety Instruction
- Using earphones at high to moderate volumes for extended periods can result in permanent hearing damage. Keep volume levels moderate to low for safety.
- Do not use while driving, cycling, operating machinery, or performing other activities that require awareness of surrounding sounds.
- Avoid using earphones in thunderstorm weather, as they may not function correctly and could increase the risk of being struck by lightning.
- Earphones may not work properly under high temperature or high humidity conditions. Do not use corrosive cleaners or oil to clean the earphones.
- If the earphone comes into contact with liquids, wipe them away quickly.
- If submerged in water, do not turn the earphone on until completely dried. (Liquid submersion voids the warranty.)
- Keep the earphones and packaging out of reach of children.
- Please use the original charging cable provided by the manufacturer and an appropriate adapter for charging.

Q: Why can't these earbuds pair with my mobile phones?
A:
- Please ensure the earbuds are fully charged and powered on.
- Please ensure the Bluetooth on your phone is turned on.
- If the above points are correct, place the earbuds back into the charging case, close the case for one minute, then open it and reconnect the earbuds with your phone.
Q: Why does the music cut in or cut out?
A:
- First, ensure the distance between the earbuds and your phone is within 33 feet (without obstacles).
- Please make sure there are no obstacles between the earbuds and your device.
- Please ensure there are no microwave ovens or Wi-Fi transmitters nearby, as these can produce electromagnetic interference and disrupt the signal.
Q: Why do the earbuds not charge or disconnect from my phone even when placed in the case and closed?
A: Please ensure the charging case has sufficient battery power. If the charging case is low on battery, the earbuds cannot be charged or disconnected properly. Use the Type-C cable to charge the case fully.
