Product Overview

The YYK-Q71 Bluetooth 5.3 Earbuds feature a compact design for comfortable wear.

Earbud Components:

• Microphone Hole: Located on both earbuds.
• MFB Button: Multi-function button, located on the left and right sides of the respective earbuds.

The Way to Pair

Pairing with Phone/Tablet:

1. Take out both earbuds from the charging case; they will automatically pair with each other. The blue and red LEDs will flash alternately on one earbud, indicating pairing mode.
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your device and search for "YYK-Q71". Select it to connect.
3. If the earbuds are not connected to a device within 5 minutes, they will automatically turn off.
4. Once successfully paired, the earbuds will automatically connect to the last paired device when taken out of the case.

Pairing with Computer/Laptop:

Turn on the Bluetooth function of your computer or laptop. If your computer does not have Bluetooth, please download a Bluetooth adapter. The pairing steps are similar to pairing with a phone.

Pairing with Echo Dot:

1. Open the Alexa app on your phone.
2. Go to "Devices" > "Echo Dot" > "Bluetooth".
3. Select "Pair a new device" and choose "YYK-Q71" from the list.

How to Charge the Earbuds and Charging Case

Charging Earbuds:

Place the earbuds into the charging case. A red LED on the earbuds indicates they are charging. A blue LED on the charging case indicates the case is charging the earbuds. Once fully charged, the red LED on the earbuds will turn off, and the blue LED on the charging case will also turn off.

Charging Case:

Connect a Type-C charging cable to the charging port of the case. The red LED on the charging case will flash during charging and remain solid red when fully charged.

Specifications

Waterproof Specifications:

• Suitable for: Swimming, showering, sweating, raining (indicated by a checkmark ✔️).
• Not suitable for: Diving, bathing (indicated by an X ❌).

Note: The Bluetooth signal cannot transmit underwater.

About the Phone Transmission Distance

The optimal transmission distance between your phone and the earbuds is within 10 meters (33 feet).

Troubleshooting

How to reset the earbuds?

1. Delete "YYK-Q71" from your device's Bluetooth list.
2. Turn off your device's Bluetooth.
3. Take out both earbuds from the charging case. Long press the MFB button on both earbuds for 5 seconds until the red and blue LEDs flash 3 times, then release.
4. Put the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid.
5. Take the earbuds out again. They will automatically pair with each other.

Why can't the headset be charged automatically?

1. Check if the charging case has power.
2. Clean the charging contacts on the earbuds and the case.
3. Ensure the earbuds are placed correctly in the charging case.

Why can't the charging case be charged?

1. Check if the Type-C charging cable is working properly.
2. Check if the power adapter is working properly.
3. Ensure the Type-C cable is fully inserted into the charging port.

Why is there no sound from the earbuds?

1. Check the volume level on your device.
2. Ensure the earbuds are connected to your device.
3. Check if your device is playing audio.
4. Try resetting the earbuds.

Why is the connection interrupted?

1. The distance between the earbuds and the device may be too far (over 10 meters).
2. There may be obstacles (e.g., walls) between the earbuds and the device.
3. There may be interference from other Wi-Fi or Bluetooth devices.
4. The earbuds' battery may be low.

Why can't Bluetooth be searched?

1. Ensure the earbuds are powered on and in pairing mode.
2. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
3. Try resetting the earbuds.

Why can't Bluetooth be connected?

1. Ensure the earbuds are in pairing mode.
2. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
3. Delete "YYK-Q71" from your device's Bluetooth list and try searching again.
4. Try resetting the earbuds.
