Earbuds Charging

To Charge Earbuds

Insert the Earbuds into charging case properly; they will power off and get charged.

Charging Case Charging

(There is a Type-C charging cable in the small black paper box inside the packing box.)

Please use the provided Type-C cable with a 5V/1A adapter (not included) to charge the charging case. During charging, the charging case power display will show the charging status. When fully charged, the number will be 100%.

Tips:

If the earbuds are not able to be charged or turned on, it may be because there is an oxidized layer or something else on the charging connector or charging pin. You can solve this problem by cleaning the magnet connector on the earbuds and charging pin on the charging case with alcohol wipes.

Take the earbuds out from the charging case, and they will power on automatically and enter pairing mode. Put the earbuds back into the charging case; they will power off automatically.

If the earbud is out of the charging case and powered off, press and hold it for 5s to power on. To power off, disconnect the Bluetooth with your device, then press and hold either earbud for 5s; both earbuds will power off simultaneously.

Bluetooth Connection

Prior to first use (or if not in use for a long time), please charge both earbuds and charging case fully.

First Time Pairing

Step 1: Take the twin earbuds out of the charging case; they will automatically power on and enter pairing mode. The LED indicator of the master earbud will flash Blue and Red light alternately, and the vice earbud LED indicator will flash Blue light quickly.

Step 2: Activate the Bluetooth setting on your phone, search for and connect "YYK-Q71". Once connected, the LED light of both earbuds will turn off.

Note: If the earbuds are not connected to your device for over 5 minutes, they will power off automatically.

Factory Restore Setting

When should I reset?

• When only one side plays music.
• When you cannot find "YYK-Q71" on your device.
• When both earbuds fail to pair with each other or have connection-related issues.

How to reset?

• Delete the "YYK-Q71" record from the Bluetooth menu on your device and deactivate the Bluetooth setting.
• Ensure the charging case has power or is plugged into a power supply.
• Insert both earbuds into the charging case to get charged.
• Press and hold both earbuds simultaneously for 8 seconds to clear the pairing record with the last device. (During this period, both earbuds' LEDs will flash Red and Blue light once, then turn to Red light to get charged again.)
• Now, turn on the Bluetooth setting on your device, search for and connect the earbuds. They should work properly.

Note: If it still doesn't work, please repeat the steps to try again.

Operation

Battery Indicator

Safety Instruction

1. Using earphones at high to moderate volumes for extended periods can result in permanent hearing damage. It is advised to keep volume levels moderate to low at all times for your safety.
2. Do not use while driving a car, cycling, operating machinery, or performing other activities that require hearing surrounding sounds.
3. Do not use earphones in thunderstorm weather, as they may not work properly and increase the risk of being struck by lightning.
4. Earphones may not work properly under high temperature or high humidity conditions. Do not use any corrosive cleaner/oil to clean the earphones.
5. If the earphone comes into contact with liquids, wipe them away quickly.
6. If submerged in water, do not turn the earphone on until completely dried. (Tip: Liquid submersion voids the warranty.)
7. Keep the earphones and packaging out of reach of children.
8. Please use the original charging cable provided by the earphone manufacturer for charging and choose the appropriate adapter.

FAQ

Q: Why can't these earbuds pair with my mobile phone?

A: 1. Please ensure the earbuds are fully charged and powered on. 2. Please ensure the Bluetooth of your phone is turned on. 3. If the above two points are correct, please put the earbuds back into the case, close the case, wait for 1 minute, then open the charging case and reconnect the earbuds with your phone.

Q: Why does the music cut in or cut out?

A: First, please ensure the distance between the earbuds and your phone is not more than 33 feet (without obstacles). If the distance is less than 33 feet, please note the following two tips: 1. Ensure there is no obstacle between the earbuds and your device. 2. Ensure there is no microwave oven or Wi-Fi transmitter nearby, which can cause electromagnetic interference and signal interruption.

Q: Why can't the earbuds be charged and not disconnect from my phone even when earbuds are put into the case and the case is closed?

A: Please ensure the charging case is not in low battery mode. If the charging case has low battery, the earbuds cannot be charged or disconnected even when they are in the case. Therefore, please use the Type-C cable to charge the case fully.
