VTS Volcano Installation Guide
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for the installation of the VTS Volcano air handling unit.
Installation Procedure
Prepare the mounting surface by drilling a hole with a Ø16 diameter. Secure the unit's initial mounting point using a bracket and an M8x60 screw.
Attach the main mounting bracket to the unit. Then, affix this bracket assembly to the wall or support structure using M8x60 screws.
Connect the air inlet/outlet pipes or ducts to the designated ports on the unit.
Continue connecting any necessary ductwork or piping to the unit.
Position the unit correctly and prepare it for final securing.
Engage the unit's locking mechanism or final fastener to ensure it is stable and properly seated.
Install the internal fan or motor assembly into the main unit housing.
Adjust the unit's orientation or position as required for optimal setup and functionality.
Use M10x60 screws to attach the unit to the mounting brackets.
Complete the installation by securely fastening the unit with the remaining M10x60 screws.
