1.2 Safety Warning and Attentions
Road Safety Comes First: Do not use a hand-held phone while driving. Use hands-free fittings when calls are unavoidable. In some countries, using a phone while driving is illegal.
Switch Off in Aircraft: Wireless devices can cause interference in aircraft. Using a mobile phone in flight is illegal and risky. Please ensure your mobile phone is powered off during flights.
Switch Off Before Entering Risky Areas: Observe relevant laws, codes, and regulations for mobile phone use in risky areas. Turn off your phone before entering places susceptible to explosions, such as gas stations, oil tanks, chemical plants, or areas where blasting processes are underway.
Observe All Special Regulations: Follow special regulations in areas like hospitals. Always switch off your phone when its use is forbidden or may cause interference or danger. Use your phone properly near medical apparatuses like pacemakers, hearing aids, and other electronic medical devices, as it may cause interference.
Interference: Conversation quality may be affected by radio interference. The antenna is located below the microphone. Do not touch the antenna area during a conversation to maintain call quality.
Qualified Service: Only qualified personnel should install or repair phone equipment. Attempting self-repair may cause danger and violate warranty rules.
Accessories and Batteries: Use only approved accessories and batteries.
Use Sensibly: Use the phone in a normal and proper manner.
Emergency Calls: Ensure the phone is switched on and in service. Enter the emergency number (e.g., 911) and press the Dial key. Provide your location and situation briefly. Do not end the call until instructed. Note: Like other mobile phones, this device may not support all features described due to network or radio transmission issues. Some networks do not support emergency call service. Do not rely solely on this device for critical communications. Consult your local network operator.
Precautions: This phone is well-designed. Exercise special care when using it. The following suggestions will help your phone survive the warranty period and extend its service life:
- Keep the phone and accessories out of children's reach.
- Keep the phone dry. Avoid rain, moisture, liquid, or other substances that may corrode electronic circuits.
- Do not use or store the phone in dusty places to prevent damage to active parts.
- Do not store the phone in high-temperature places, as this can shorten the life of electronic circuits and damage the battery and plastic parts.
- Do not store the phone in cold places. Moisture may form inside, damaging electronic circuits when the phone is moved to a constant temperature.
- Do not throw, knock, or shock the phone, as this can destroy internal circuits and high-precision components.
