ADDITIONAL WARRANTY ON REFRIGERATOR
TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“T&C”):
("Scheme")
Scheme Applicability and Validity
1. This scheme applies only to sales through Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Company Limited, part of Godrej Enterprises Group through its Appliance Division (‘Company’), covering Godrej Exclusive Brand Outlets, Godrej Preferred BrandOutlets, authorized dealers, and authorized retail counters across India. It is confined to the first purchaser only and is non-transferable.
2. Products covered under these T&C receive an additional warranty of 4 years, combined with a comprehensive warranty of 1 year, totaling 5 years of coverage (“Warranty Period”). This Scheme is valid only if the customer presents a valid warranty card signed by an authorized dealer of the Products (“Warranty Card”).
3. This scheme is applicable to the following models (“Products”):

4. Warranty is applicable from the date of purchase (invoice date) against defective material or workmanship. In case of such defects, the Company will arrange for appliance repairs at its cost during the Warranty Period, subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
5. The Company reserves the right to verify any information or details submitted by customers. If the Company determines there has been any breach of terms & conditions or misrepresentation, it may, at its discretion, notify, refuse, discontinue, or cancel any benefits provided under this Scheme, including any extended warranty.
6. To avail benefits, customers must register on site https://www.godrejenterprises.com/support/home-appliances/refrigerators/warranty with product and invoice details within 15 days of purchase.
7. Repairs and replacement of spare parts will be conducted by the Company's authorized service provider at their discretion, only if deemed necessary. Customers cannot compel the Company to perform repairs or replacements not deemed necessary.
8. This Scheme is valid from 10th August 2025 to 20th August 2025 and cannot be combined with other schemes. If multiple schemes are active, the one with the longer Warranty Period applies, and others become inoperative.
9. The Company or its authorized service provider (ASP) will collect replaced parts or components applicable to this Scheme.

Warranty Exclusions
- Customer customizations, including changes in size or accessories used for the appliance.
- Damages/defects arising from transport, rough handling, misuse, repair by unauthorized personnel, damage by rodents or insects, accidents, heat, fire, floods, or acts of God.
- Problems arising from voltage fluctuations outside the specified range in the user manual/product specification, or improper power supply, electrical socket connection, or installation.
- Failure of condenser and evaporator coil due to deterioration from site/climatic conditions.
- This Scheme is limited to repairs and replacement of specific spare parts mentioned in the Products table; it does not cover the replacement of the entire product.
General Terms and Conditions
11. In cases of conflict, fraud, misrepresentation, or dispute, the Company's decision shall be final.
12. The Warranty Period for a replaced or repaired Product will be the balance period remaining from the original date of first sale.
13. Product features, specifications, and warranty terms are subject to change without notice.
14. This Scheme is not applicable to institutional sale customers.
15. Special discounts on service charges for parts not covered in this Scheme are not applicable.
16. No service charges apply for parts covered under the Scheme or warranty.
Instructions for Customers
- To avail benefits, ensure the product is installed and a demo is conducted by the Company's authorized service provider at the time of purchase.
- Defective products will be repaired by the Company within a reasonable period, at its discretion and manner. The Company's decision on the nature of the defect is final and binding. The Company reserves the right to decide on the applicability of the Scheme and the method of repair.
- This Scheme is valid only for sales through Godrej Exclusive Brand Outlets, Godrej Preferred Brand Outlets, authorized dealers, and authorized retail counters. The Warranty Card must be signed & stamped by the dealer and presented with the original bill for any claim.
- The Product must retain its original label for identification and warranty confirmation.
- Inform the authorized service provider about the defect details, model, and serial number (if applicable) of the Product.
- Warranty is applicable from the date of purchase (invoice date) against defective material or workmanship. In case of defects, Godrej & Boyce Manufacturing Company Limited — Appliances Division will arrange for repairs under the Warranty Period, subject to these T&Cs.
- Transportation costs and costs for complaint attendance will be borne by the customer.
- All transportation and handling expenses incurred during repair will be payable by the customer.
- For appliances installed beyond the municipal limits of the authorized service provider's jurisdiction [ASP], charges for technician visits and other incidentals will be borne by the customer.
- In case of a defect developing in the Product, contact the Godrej service team immediately at 080 6743 6743.
Warranty Becomes Invalid If
- The Warranty Card is not signed at the time of purchase.
- The Warranty Card is not presented to the authorized service provider at the time of service or repair. The service terms in this T&C document represent the customer's sole and exclusive remedy for product failure during the Warranty Period.
- The Product is not operated according to the instructions in the "User Guide".
ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THESE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL NOT EXCEED IN DURATION THE TERM OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, WHICH BEGINS WITH THE DATE OF PURCHASE. THE SERVICE TERMS STATED IN THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE THE CUSTOMER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IN THE EVENT OF PRODUCT FAILURE DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD. GODREJ & BOYCE MANUFACTURING COMPANY LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOSSES, OR CLAIMS WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT, OR FOR THE BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THIS PRODUCT IS SUITABLE FOR ANY PERSON'S MEDICAL CONDITION. THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTY BEYOND WHAT IS CONTAINED IN WRITING. THE COMPANY DOES NOT AUTHORIZE ANY PERSON TO CREATE FOR IT ANY OTHER OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS WARRANTY.
CLAIMS, IF ANY, ARISING FROM OR UNDER THIS DOCUMENT WILL BE RESTRICTED TO COURTS WITHIN THE MUMBAI JURISDICTION ONLY AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE LAWS OF INDIA.
