Technical Specifications

Charging the Device

IMPORTANT: You will need to fully charge your Pulsar APX Pro Vape prior to use. Allow approximately 3 hours for the first full charge. NEVER charge the device for more than 24 hours. Allow approximately 1.5 hours for additional re-charges.

A 5V/1.5 Amp USB AC wall adapter is required for charging the device. Using the included USB charge cord, set the Pulsar APX Pro Vape on its side while charging. Do not let the unit dangle from the cord. This puts pressure on the charger plug which can result in the unit not charging fully. It is also recommended to NEVER charge the device from an automobile power source. Failure to follow warnings contained within this manual can result in property damage or personal injury and may void the warranty.

The battery symbol will show on the screen when a charging connection is made. The battery symbol will be full when the battery is charged.

The device will deliver approximately 1.5 hours of continuous power, depending on use.

Battery power level display: 100-75% (full), 75-50% (mostly full), 50-25% (half full), 25-10% (low), Less than 10% power level (empty symbol flashes, requires charging).

How to Use

1. With the Pulsar APX Pro Vape upright and the button facing you, lightly pull on the mouthpiece towards you until it is released.
2. For best results, fill the chamber with ground material halfway to three-quarters full. Use the On Board Stir Stick with the tamping end to lightly and neatly pack the chamber. Do not pack too tightly. This allows for even heat distribution and makes it easier to stir throughout the vape session.
3. Once loaded, replace the mouthpiece and turn the unit on by pressing the power button rapidly 5 times (5 Clicks for ON/OFF).
4. The Pulsar APX Pro Vape returns to the last set temperature when powered on. To change the temperature before or during a session, tap the up or down button until you get to your desired temperature. Hold down the up or down button to cycle through the temperatures faster. Release the button on the desired setting and allow the Pulsar APX Pro Vape to adjust to the new temperature.
5. Cash Mode: Hold down the power button and the chamber temperature will increase by 20 degrees to get the most out of your session. When you release the button, it will return to the normal setting.
6. The device will begin heating immediately. The top number is your selected temperature. The lower number is the actual temperature of the chamber. When the bottom number reaches the desired temp the Haptic Feedback feature will alert you that the Pulsar APX Pro Vape has reached the desired temperature.
7. Allow the device to continue heating for approximately 5 seconds longer before inhaling. This ensures the herbs in the chamber are evenly heated, maximizing efficiency.
8. Adjustable Session Timer: With the device on, press and hold the power button and the up arrow for 2 seconds, then select between 5 pre-set session timers: 180, 210, 240, 270, or 300 seconds. The default session time is 240 seconds, or 4 minutes.
9. After your session ends, the device will power down and the haptic feedback will alert you that the session has ended. You can end the session at any time by pressing the button 5 times.

Pulsar Pro Tips

• Occasionally stir herbs and allow the chamber to reheat for 5 seconds between each inhale.
• To maximize efficiency, whenever possible, allow the unit to cool completely.
• Be sure to turn the unit off when you are done to preserve the material.

Cleaning Instructions

1. Remove the mouthpiece.
2. Tap out the material from the chamber or use the On Board Stir Stick to remove.
3. Use the included cleaning brush to sweep the remaining residue from the chamber.
4. A cotton swab and isopropyl alcohol can be used to clean stubborn residue. Do not pour alcohol directly into the chamber. Allow the chamber to fully air dry before use.
5. Pull the silicone off the bottom of the mouthpiece and place the small silver screen and ceramic airpath into alcohol to clean any build up. You can also use alcohol and a cotton swab to remove stubborn build up. Once clean, allow all parts to air dry before reassembly.
6. Put the mouthpiece back onto the body and the device is now ready for storage or use.
