2. Product Overview
The V11 is an electric unicycle featuring an 18-inch wheel, a powerful motor, an intelligent Battery Management System (BMS), dual-chamber air-spring suspension, and other advanced features. Referred to as the V11 unicycle, it operates on the principle of dynamic balance. A built-in gyroscope and acceleration sensor detect the unicycle's posture changes. Coupled with a servo control system, the rider can control forward movement, acceleration, deceleration, and braking by leaning forward or backward.
2.1 Serial Number
The Serial Number (S/N) is a unique identifier for each product unit, used for quality tracking, repairs, insurance claims, and loss confirmation. The S/N is a 16-character number found on the product's packaging and body.

3.3 How to ride
Before riding, take all necessary safety precautions: wear sports clothing, a helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, and other protective gear.
- Place one foot on a pedal and glide back and forth to get a feel for balance.
- With one foot on the pedal, keep your body upright and gradually shift your center of gravity onto the unicycle.
- With one foot on the pedal, try lifting the other foot off the ground for 1-2 seconds.
- With one foot on the pedal, push the other foot backward slightly to glide.
- Place both feet on the pedals and control your center of gravity to move forward and backward.
- Apply different forces with your feet on the pedals to make turns.
4. Care and Maintenance
4.1 Storage
Store the V11 unicycle in a dry, indoor location with appropriate temperature and humidity. If the unicycle will not be used for an extended period, recharge the battery at least once a month.
4.2 Battery Maintenance
- Do not expose the battery to temperatures above 50°C or below -2°C (e.g., do not leave the V11 or its battery in a car exposed to strong sunlight in summer). Do not throw the battery into fire, as this may lead to battery failure, overheating, or fire risk. Refer to the battery label for other maintenance precautions.
- Avoid letting the battery completely discharge before recharging. It is recommended to recharge before use to extend battery life.
- Battery performance and mileage are optimal at regular temperatures. Performance declines in environments below 0°C; mileage may be halved or less. Performance is restored when the temperature rises. Check the App for remaining mileage estimates.
- Tip: The V11 battery can deplete in approximately 120 to 180 days in standby status even when fully charged. If not recharged in time, the battery may be irreversibly damaged by over-discharge. A smart chip records charging and discharging cycles; damage from long-term non-charging is not covered by warranty.
Warning: Do not disassemble the battery without authorization, as this may cause serious safety accidents due to electric shock or short circuits.
4.3 Inflate and replace the inner/outer tires
If the air pressure in the V11 tires is insufficient, please inflate it promptly. The default recommended tire pressure is 2.8 Bar (approximately 40.6 psi).
4.4 Cleaning and reminding
- Before cleaning, ensure the unicycle is powered off, the charging cable is unplugged, and the charging port is closed. Keep the charging port dry at all times.
- Wipe the exterior of the V11 with a soft cloth dampened with soapy water or clean water. Do not use a high-pressure water gun.
- The V11 has an IP rating of IP55. Do not immerse the unicycle in water, as this can cause permanent damage.
Tip: Do not clean unicycle parts with alcohol, gasoline, petroleum, or other corrosive/volatile chemical solvents, as this may seriously damage the appearance and internal structure.
4.5 Safety Instructions
For your safety and a good riding experience, all users must strictly adhere to the following requirements:
- Read and fully understand the User Manual before driving.
- Do not allow individuals under the age of 14 to ride.
- Pregnant women and individuals with physical or psychological conditions are forbidden from riding this unicycle.
- Do not ride while sick, taking medication, consuming alcohol, or if your physical or mental state is not optimal.
- The unicycle is for single riders only. Two or more persons, or carrying children or heavy goods, are prohibited.
- Before riding, ensure you have sufficient physical and mental capacity to mount, dismount, and control the unicycle without assistance.
- Do not modify or repair the unicycle without authorization.
- Before riding, check for any loose, damaged, faulty parts, or other abnormal conditions.
- Before recharging, ensure the charging port is dry, trouble-free, and free of foreign matter. Use the correct charging socket, keep children and pets away, and store away from flammable objects.
- The unicycle battery must be kept in an environment between -20°C and 45°C. Do not recharge or use it outside this temperature range.
- If the battery shows signs of deformation (damage, odor, smoke, or overheating), stop using it immediately and keep it away from any objects.
- Do not attempt to open, disassemble, or perform any abnormal operations on the battery.
- Due to varying battery and environmental conditions, the standby time after a full charge (5 grids) can be up to 180 days. With 1 grid remaining, standby time is up to 30 days. Pay attention to the remaining power to prevent irreversible battery damage from untimely recharging.
- Do not wear inappropriate footwear (e.g., high heels) or clothing. Wear professional protective gear while riding.
- It is strongly recommended to wear protective glasses to prevent eye damage from dirt, dust, insects, or other airborne particles.
- Do not ride in heavy rain, on wet or slippery roads, or on inclined roads. Reduced tire resistance on wet surfaces increases braking distance and the risk of slips, accidents, or loss of control.
- Do not ride in adverse weather conditions, low visibility, poor lighting, or other challenging environments. Avoid riding when extremely fatigued.
- While riding, pay attention to changes in the road surface and surrounding environment to avoid harming yourself or others.
- Do not ride on unsuitable surfaces or in environments such as stairs, elevators, or revolving doors.
- Maintain awareness of the distance between the unicycle/your body and obstacles.
- Do not take risks on steep slopes, uneven sections, or terrains you have not encountered before.
- Avoid high-speed turns and sudden braking on smooth roads, as these actions can easily lead to dangerous situations like skidding.
- Do not use your phone or engage in any distracting activities while riding. Focus on monitoring the external environment at all times.
- The unicycle is a personal transportation product for short distances. It is forbidden to use it for carrying goods or other improper purposes.
- Data and parameters may vary between different models. Inmotion reserves the right to change parameters without prior notice.
