The Lochinvar WHP185R is a high-efficiency water source heat pump water heater designed to deliver reliable and efficient potable hot water for commercial applications. This advanced unit helps users achieve goals related to carbon reduction, electrification, and operational cost savings.

Utilizing R513A refrigerant, the WHP185R is available in both single-pass and multi-pass configurations. It is capable of heating water up to 160°F and can operate with source water temperatures as low as 35°F when using glycol antifreeze. The unit is designed for integration into Building Management Systems (BMS) with an optional accessory.
