Introduction

This document outlines the terms and conditions for the Samsung Online Store Promotion. Participation in the promotion signifies acceptance of these terms.

End Date: 2:00 PM on 12th September 2025

Promotion Mechanics

Purchases of Participating Products by an Eligible Person during the Promotional Period from the Promoter's Eligible Online Store qualify for selected Bonus(es). Participating Products and Bonus(es) are available while stocks last.

This promotion cannot be combined with other existing offers, discounts, or vouchers from the Promoter unless otherwise specified.

Eligible Person

The promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over who comply with these terms and conditions and can access the Promoter's Eligible Online Store. The Promoter may require a parent or guardian of individuals under 18 to sign these terms and conditions for participation.

Purchases made for commercial purposes, trade, or on behalf of a company/business/organisation are excluded.

Participating Products and Bonus(es)

Participating Products and their corresponding Bonus(es) are detailed in Appendix 1. Bonus(es) may include a chance to enter a draw for a product or service.

Further Terms and Conditions

General Terms

These terms and conditions are subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and do not affect statutory rights. Samsung Electronics New Zealand Limited reserves the right to cancel, suspend, terminate, or modify the promotion for reasons including fraud, technical failures, or factors beyond its control, subject to regulatory authority directions. Any changes will be notified on the Eligible Online Store.

Purchases and Bonuses

Purchases must be made using New Zealand details, a valid New Zealand payment method offered on the Eligible Online Store, and a New Zealand delivery address. Additional information (email, phone number) may be required.

If a Bonus is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute it with another of equal or greater value. Bonuses are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Specific Bonus Types:

• Voucher Code: Must be redeemed at the time of purchase on the Eligible Online Store.
• Trade-in Boost: Requires trading in an eligible device under the Samsung Instant Trade-In Program Customer Terms and Conditions. Specific payment methods apply.
• Draw: Participation in a draw for a product/service is subject to specific draw terms and conditions. Winners will be notified. Failure to claim a prize within 5 working days may result in forfeiture and a redraw.

Fulfilment and Refund

Participating Products and Bonus(es) will be fulfilled as per normal lead times. If a Participating Product is refunded or returned, the Bonus(es) (or its value) must also be returned. The purchaser is liable for costs associated with non-returned bonuses.

Verification and Decisions

The Promoter may verify eligibility and compliance. Participants not in compliance or who tamper with the promotion may be disqualified. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim bonus costs if a participant is found to be in breach of terms.

All Promoter decisions are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Liability and Responsibility

The Promoter is not liable for errors, omissions, delays in communication, theft, unauthorized access, or technical malfunctions affecting the promotion. Participants are responsible for their own tax liabilities and should seek independent advice.

Except where excluded by law, the Promoter disclaims all liability, including negligence, for personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the promotion, including issues related to technical difficulties, third-party interference, communication errors, or variations in promotion value.

Privacy

Personal information collected is used to conduct the promotion and may be shared with third parties (agents, contractors, service providers, suppliers, regulatory authorities) as necessary. Providing information is conditional for claim validity. Personal information is retained only as long as necessary and then destroyed or erased.
