The Samsung «Galaxy Watch Ultra | Watch8 | Watch8 Classic» Pre-Order Promotion is organized by Samsung Electronics Austria GmbH, Praterstrasse 31/14. OG, 1020 Vienna, Austria (hereinafter referred to as «Samsung»).
Promotion Details
During the promotion period, participants who purchase a selected Galaxy Watch Ultra | Watch8 | Watch8 Classic model from the Samsung Online Shop or participating retailers will receive a 30% discount on a compatible watch band for the Galaxy Watch8 | Watch8 Classic | Watch Ultra, deducted directly in the shopping cart. Band availability may vary by retailer.
This promotion is exclusively for the Samsung products defined below, purchased from participating retailers located in Austria.

Exclusions and Limitations
- Retailers and products not listed here, including accessories, private sales, online auctions, and/or used products, are excluded from the promotion.
- The offer is limited to three (3) products per consumer.
Promotion Period
- The promotion runs from July 9, 2025, up to and including July 24, 2025, 23:59. Entries outside this period will not be considered.
- The promotion is valid while stocks last.
- A product is considered purchased within the promotion period if the actual purchase or purchase date at participating retailers falls between July 9, 2025, and July 24, 2025, 23:59. Earlier orders and/or deliveries with later dated invoices or payments are not included, but invoices from the promotion period that are paid later or for which the product is delivered later are valid. Bonus products, private sales, and used products are expressly excluded.
Eligibility
- Consumers as defined by consumer protection laws with a delivery address in Austria, who have reached the age of 18 by July 9, 2025, are eligible to participate.
Terms and Conditions
- Samsung reserves the right to invalidate incomplete, incorrect, or non-compliant entries.
- Samsung reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or prematurely terminate the promotion at any time, considering the interests of the participants.
- Samsung reserves the right to invalidate entries submitted with incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent documents and to take legal action against offenders.
- Samsung reserves the right to conduct checks with retailers/mobile carriers to verify participant compliance with these terms.
- Post-dated or altered purchase receipts are not permitted. Samsung is not liable for lost or incomplete registrations. Samsung strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information. Despite utmost care, no guarantee is given for the accuracy and completeness of the content on these web pages and/or these terms and conditions. Liability for any damages, including consequential damages, arising from participation in this promotion, use of information or materials published on these internet pages, potential software errors, viruses, promotion interruptions due to technical disruptions, and any resulting data loss, is excluded.
Data Privacy
- Personal data provided during participation will be processed solely for the proper execution of the promotion in accordance with Samsung's privacy policy (available at http://www.samsung.com/at/info/privacy/). Personal data will only be stored for as long as necessary for the promotion's execution and settlement and will be deleted thereafter, unless statutory retention obligations exist.
Governing Law
- This promotion is subject to Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
