The Samsung Promotion "Galaxy Watch8 | Watch8 Classic | Watch Ultra (2025) Pre-order" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion") is organized by Samsung Electronics GmbH, Frankfurter Straße 2, 65760 Eschborn, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "Samsung").

This promotion applies to new devices purchased from a retailer/network operator based in Germany, both offline and online (including the Samsung Online Shop/Samsung Shop App (without tariff)), with an eligible EAN for participation ("Promotional Devices").

Promotion Mechanics and Participation Requirements
- Eligibility and Participation Requirements
- Participants are private end customers aged 18 and over. Private sales/purchases as well as sales/purchases via online auctions and sales/purchases of used devices are excluded from the promotion. The promotion is only valid for promotional devices that are in stock or immediately available.
- The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, vouchers, subsidies, bonuses, or discount campaigns from Samsung and employee portals. Devices purchased as part of another Samsung promotion or received as a free gift are also excluded.
- Participation in the promotion is limited to one promotional device per promotional device as defined in section 2.2. Each household can participate with a maximum of three promotional devices.
- To participate in the promotion, participants must have a Samsung Account. The general terms of use at https://account.samsung.com/membership/terms/termscontents?paramLocale=de_DE are referred to, which are an integral part of these terms and conditions.
- Furthermore, participants must have an N26 bank account integrated into their Samsung Wallet or a Samsung Pay Card to participate in the promotion. If participants have neither an N26 bank account nor a Samsung Pay Card, participants who purchase a participating Galaxy Watch8 | Watch 8 Classic | Watch Ultra (2025) during the promotion period 9.7. – 24.7.2025 and open a free bank account as a new customer with N26 will receive an additional separate credit of 30 Euros via N26. - Execution of the Promotion
- The promotion begins with retailers/network operators based in Germany on 9.7.2025 and ends on 24.7.2025 ("Promotion Period").
- To participate in the promotion, participants must pre-order a new promotional device according to the table above within the promotion period from a participating retailer/network operator or the Samsung Online Shop/Samsung Shop App (without tariff). The model code and EAN are printed on the product packaging and can be inquired about from participating retailers/network operators. Customers who purchase a promotional device and wish to participate in this promotion must first ensure that the device they are purchasing meets the requirements for participation in the promotion, especially whether the model code and EAN match the list above. Participating retailers/network operators can provide information via the model code and EAN of the selected device. Identical devices with a non-eligible model code or EAN are not eligible for this promotion.
- After receiving the promotional device from a participating retailer/network operator (including Samsung Online Shop/Shop App), participants must register as detailed in section 3.1 below and will receive one of the following credits for their N26 bank account or Samsung Pay Card ("Bonus") depending on the promotional device:

Promotion Mechanics
- Participants must register to receive the bonus from 25.7. until 28.8.2025 ("Exclusion Period"). Registration must be made at samsung.de/watch-vorbestellen, providing contact details, the IMEI/serial number of the promotional device, and the proof of purchase (for purchases from stationary retailers) or order confirmation and invoice (for online purchases), as well as an IBAN of the N26 bank account or the Samsung Pay Card. Late registrations will not be considered and do not entitle to receive the bonus. Participants will typically receive the bonus as a credit to their N26 bank account or Samsung Pay Card integrated in their wallet within 45 working days of registration. The cashback payment reduces any originally claimed input tax amount. Cash payment or sending a check is excluded. Following registration, participants will also be asked (if permissible) to rate the promotional device. Providing this rating is voluntary and does not affect the receipt of the bonus. This process also applies to promotional devices purchased in the Samsung Online Shop/Samsung Shop App.
- In the event of a final cancellation of the purchase of the promotional device, the participant undertakes to repay the received bonus to Samsung.
- Participants undertake not to sell or otherwise transfer the promotional device to third parties during the registration period (until 28.8.2025) if a registration for this promotional device has already taken place.
Exclusion from the Promotion
- Participants who register incomplete information and/or submit incomplete documents within the registration period according to section 3.1 will be excluded from the promotion. Samsung may notify them by email or letter and request them to provide complete documents within seven days. If a participant does not comply with this request within the specified period or submits incomplete documents again, they will also be excluded from participation.
- Samsung reserves the right to request original proof of purchase and to inspect it, to check all registrations for compliance with these terms and conditions, and to request missing documents if necessary.
- Samsung is entitled to exclude participants from the promotion who violate or do not fulfill these terms and conditions; make false, misleading, or fraudulent statements; use unfair means; manipulate or attempt to manipulate the promotion; and/or participate in the promotion more often than permitted by these terms and conditions or attempt to do so.
- If there is a reason for exclusion, Samsung is entitled – even retroactively – to revoke already granted bonuses and to demand compensation.
Liability
- Samsung assumes no liability for the availability of any links and for their technical error-free and complete retrieval by the participant. In particular, within the legal limits, no liability is assumed for damages and losses or deletion of data resulting from technical malfunctions or delays, viruses, or similar reasons.
Miscellaneous
- By registering according to section 3.1, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.
- Samsung is entitled to terminate the promotion prematurely or to change the terms and conditions. This applies in particular in cases of force majeure, unexpectedly high demand for promotional devices, or exhaustion of the budget allocated for the promotion, and in cases where proper execution of the promotion cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons. In the event of a change to the terms and conditions, participants will be notified immediately by email; participants will be granted a reasonable period within which they can object to the new terms and conditions. The changed terms and conditions are considered approved if the participants do not object within the period. Participants may not refuse their consent without valid reasons.
- Customers are entitled to withdraw from the promotion at any time by sending an email with the subject "Galaxy Watch8 | Watch8 Classic | Watch Ultra (2025) Pre-order" to aktionen@samsung.de and thus waive the bonus.
- Should a provision of these terms and conditions be or become partially or wholly invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. An invalid provision shall be replaced by one that is legally permissible and comes closest to the invalid provision in content. The same applies to any gaps in regulation.
- The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
