CHAPTER 1 | COMPANY BRIEF INTRODUCTION
Thank you for choosing GGM Gastro machines. We specialize in food processing machines and have been in the field for many years. Our main products include spiral mixers, planetary mixers, meat grinders/mincers, meat slicers, meat mixers, sausage stuffers/fillers, and meat tenderizers. We have earned a reputation worldwide for good quality and after-sales service.
Please read these instructions thoroughly before using the equipment. Keep this manual for future reference.
CHAPTER 2 | PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
- The product shell is made of full stainless steel, making it safe, non-toxic, rustless, and easy to clean.
- The electric appliance uses a well-known domestic brand with stable quality.
- The product utilizes a combination of welding and screws for safety and reliability.
- The down speed is adjustable, and the current speed can be viewed on the touch panel.
- The product has CE certification.
CHAPTER 3 | OPERATION AND CLEANING
- Please read the panel instructions carefully before operating the equipment.
- Do not optionally disassemble the fixed spare parts and electric components.
- This product is available in two working voltages: 110V and 220V. Please check the voltage indicated on the machine's nameplate.
- Ensure the voltage you use matches the nameplate and that the power socket has a ground core.
- The down speed of the machine is 0-6.6 mm/min.
- Meat particles for sausage stuffing should be smaller than the nozzle diameter. Ensure the machine is operating steadily during stuffing.
- If meat gets stuck during operation, release the pedal, then press it again. Repeat this process a few times. Do not allow meat to remain stuck for extended periods to prevent accidental motor damage due to high temperature.
- Wipe the machine clean with a towel; do not use water directly, as water entering the electric components can cause damage.
