RAPID SAUSAGE FILLER
Model: SF-350
Introduction
The SF series rapid sausage filler is designed for meat processing enterprises and catering services to efficiently fill sausages and ham sausages. This machine utilizes a hydro-cylinder for forward pushing action and is operated via a foot switch. It features high-quality electric and fluid-pressure elements, either imported or manufactured in China, ensuring steady performance.
Operating Instructions
- Please select the correct power supply according to the data plate. Ensure the supply has a safe ground wire.
- If using a three-phase power supply, pay close attention to the motor's rotating direction. The machine will not operate correctly if the motor rotates counter-clockwise; exchange any two of the three-phase wires to correct this.
- Place the mixed meat filling into the bowl and tighten the pressure cover.
- Put on the casing and adjust the changeover switch to the "clockwise" position. The filling process will begin when you step on the foot switch.
- To return the piston to the bottom of the bowl, adjust the changeover switch to the "counter clockwise" position and then step on the foot switch.
Service and Maintenance
- Before or after use, please clean the bowl, pressure cover, body, and pipe.
- Turn the pressure valve located under the connecting part to adjust the return speed of the piston.
- Do not dismantle the hydraulic elements. If the hydraulic system experiences problems, please contact an expert for maintenance.

Circuit Diagram
The circuit diagram illustrates the electrical connections for the sausage filler. It shows the power input terminals (PE, N, L/L1, L2, L3), main switch (SA1), contactors (KA), thermal overload relay (ST), fuses (FU), and solenoid valves (SJ, YV1, YV2). It also includes the motor (M) and transformer (BT) for control voltage. Two variations of the diagram are provided, one for AC220V/50HZ and another for AC380V/50HZ, indicating different power supply configurations.
Hydraulic Pressure Diagram
The hydraulic pressure diagram depicts the hydraulic system of the stuffer. It includes components such as the hydraulic pump (M), various valves (indicated by symbols W, Z, R), and the main cylinder (Q). Fluid lines (L1, L2) show the path of hydraulic fluid within the system, illustrating how pressure is applied to operate the filling mechanism.
Hydraulic Stuffer Exploded View and Parts List
The exploded view diagram shows a detailed breakdown of the hydraulic stuffer's components, allowing for visualization of how each part fits together.
