General Safety Instructions
Before Commissioning
All work on electrical systems must be performed by a qualified electrician. Inform your electricity network operator about the connection. Inquire about necessary considerations and meter suitability for a mini solar system. An electricity meter without a non-return valve must be replaced. A bidirectional meter may be required. Commissioning without the correct meter is not permitted. Some grid operators may require an energy socket installation and circuit check by a registered electrician. Refer to your energy supplier's general terms and conditions.
After Commissioning
Within one month of commissioning the system, you must register it in the market master data register. Direct access is available at: https://www.marktstammdatenregister.de/MaStR. Further information and necessary documents can be found at https://download.schwaiger.de.

Operation via the NEP Viewer App
App Installation
Note: Solar modules must produce electricity during installation.
To operate the system, the NEP Viewer client application is required. Download the app by scanning the provided QR code or searching for "NEP Viewer" in your device's app store. System requirements: Android 5.0, iOS 9 and higher.
Connecting the Inverter
- Create a customer account using the app by registering, or log in if you already have an account.
- Connect the inverter to the solar modules. Do NOT connect the inverter to the mains (AC power) yet. The LED should flash red every second. You have 20 minutes for the installation attempt. If it takes longer, restart from step 2.
- In the app, click on "PV plant" at the bottom.
- Click on "Add New PV Plant".
- Enter the required data (marked with an asterisk) and confirm the entered data with the bottom button.
- The devices in the vicinity will now be displayed and searched for.
- Add your device by pressing the button with the barcode icon (bottom right).
- Scan the barcode with the serial number. If scanning is not possible, you can enter the barcode manually (top right) and select 'AP network configuration'.
- Select "Configure Network".
- Network Configuration Notes:
- Ensure the router is within 5 meters of the inverter during the configuration process.
- Pay attention to special characters, upper and lower case letters in network names and passwords.
- Grant access to the local network.
- Enter the network data (Wi-Fi name and password).
- Allow the connection to the inverter network (e.g., "MI-XXXXXX") and the connection to your own home network. If the connection does not work, try again.
- Select "Add device". A banner confirming the configuration indicates that the configuration has been successful and is complete.
Important: The serial number is the combination of characters between the two " " symbols.
