Samsung House of Galaxy AI Retail Pop Up prize NSW (Promotion)

Eligible Entrants

Australian residents aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of the Promoter and any agency associated with this Promotion, and their immediate family.

Eligible Entry

Eligible Entrants must visit the Samsung House of Galaxy AI Retail Pop Up at the following location during the Promotional Period:

• Westfield Warringah, 145 Condamine St, Brookvale 2100 NSW from 09:00am Thursday 19 June 2025 to 6:00pm Sunday 29 Sunday 2025

At the Participating Location, Eligible Entrants must:

1. scan the QR code and enter their Name, Email, Phone details; and
2. comply with all reasonable directions of the Promoter.

Promotional Period (time in Sydney NSW)

Start time and date: 09:00 AM, Thursday 19 June 2025

End time and date: 18:00 PM, Sunday 29 June 2025

Prize(s)

One (1) Galaxy S25 Edge (as outlined below) will be given to one (1) unique Eligible Entrant who will be randomly selected at the end of the Promotional Period. There is a maximum of one (1) Prize in total.

Prizes:

The Total Prize Pool is valued at $2,049 (AUD) RRP.

Draw

(a) The draw will be held on the Draw Date at the Promoter's office.

(b) The Promoter will compile all Eligible Entries upon the conclusion of the Promotional Period and conduct a draw on the relevant Draw Date.

(c) The Promoter will randomly draw one (1) Eligible Entry (Winner). The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case a Winner does not Accept the Prize.

Note: the Promoter will draw a total of six (3) entries (including reserve entries).

Draw Date

At the end of Promotional Period, the Promoter will randomly select six (6) entries, one (1) Winner and two (2) reserve entries (as provided in these T&Cs). The Draw will take place on Wednesday 9 July 2025 at 10:00AM (Sydney time).

Distribution of Prize(s)

(a) The one (1) Winner will be contacted by email within two business days of being drawn as a Winner. The email will include information in relation to claiming their Prize and may request details for the purposes of delivering the Prize. The Winner must respond to the Promoter's email within 3 business days of the Promoter's email accepting the Prize and providing any additional details as required and reasonable (Accept/Acceptance).

(b) The Promoter will make three (3) attempts to contact the Winner within two (2) weeks of the Draw Date.

(c) The Promoter will deliver the Prize to the Winner by mail within 60 business days of the Acceptance.

The Winner acknowledges that if for any reason they do not Accept a Prize (or any element of a Prize) by the time required the Promoter, then the Prize (or that element of the Prize) will be forfeited.

Reserve Entries

If a Winner cannot be contacted or does not Accept their Prize within the time outlined in these T&Cs, or the Winner is not able to satisfy these T&Cs, the Promoter will contact the reserve entries in the same order as they were drawn (Reserve Entries Winner). The Reserve Entries Winner will be notified that they have won a Prize in the same manner as each Winner was notified. These T&Cs apply to a Reserve Entries Winner as if they were a Winner.

General

(a) Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these T&Cs.

(b) This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, unless expressly advised.

(c) The Promotional Period maybe extended in the Promoter's absolute discretion.

(d) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these T&Cs or who tampers with the entry process. All decisions of the Promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

(e) Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid. Entrants are responsible for ensuring their correct personal information is provided and any updated details are notified to the Promoter.

(f) Each Winner or Reserve Entries Winner (if any) is responsible for all ancillary costs associated with the Prize, including, but not limited to, costs in connection with accessories, network services of any description, data charges and installation costs.

(g) The Promoter may, in its sole and absolute discretion, ignore any entry which it deems to be offensive or inappropriate, which includes or is suspected of including or breaching third party intellectual property rights, which is not the entrant's original work, or which otherwise fails to comply with these T&Cs.

(h) The Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash.

(i) If this Promotion is interfered with in anyway or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to: (a) disqualify any entrant; or (b) modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

(j) Except for liability which cannot be excluded as a matter of law, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), the Promoter excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including any tax liability.

Privacy

The Promoter (or third parties on its behalf) may collect personal information to conduct the Promotion and disclose such information to third parties for this purpose, including agents, contractors, service providers and offer suppliers. Validity of an Eligible Entry is conditional on providing this information. Some of these entities may be located outside Australia, including in Singapore, Korea and the Philippines. Entrants acknowledge that by consenting to this disclosure, the Promoter is not obliged to take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients do not breach Australian privacy law. All entrants consent to their personal information being collected and stored for this purpose in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy available at www.samsung.com.au, which forms part of these T&Cs.
