Thank you for purchasing our product. We offer 1 year free warranty in accordance with the following term &conditions:
1) Free warranty includes:
One-year limited manufacturer's warranty is offered from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and parts (Bottom cross base, top corss base, hardware etc.)
2) Free warranty does not include:
Damage caused by accident, negligence, natural disaster. Normal wear & tear or any unauthorized repair or being tampered with.
3) This limited warranty is only applicable to the original purchase and is non-transferable. When making a claim, the original receipt is required as proof.
Tip: Please note that some accessories in the display pictures such as pillows, blankets, etc. are not included.
