Installation and Placement
Installation location selection: Choose a flat, solid ground in the courtyard. Avoid installing on sloping or loose soil to prevent the sun umbrella from tipping over due to instability of the base.
Cleaning Instructions
Umbrella Cleaning: Use mild soapy water and a soft bristle brush to gently clean the umbrella surface. Remove dust and stains. Avoid using strong acidic or alkaline cleaners to prevent damage to the umbrella surface material.
Umbrella Pole and Bone Cleaning: Use a damp cloth to wipe the pole and bones to remove surface dirt. For difficult stains, an appropriate cleaner can be used, but ensure to dry the parts promptly.
Maintenance and Care
Regular maintenance: Regularly check the connecting parts of the parasol, such as screws and nuts. Tighten any loose parts with a spanner to ensure the structural stability of the sun umbrella.
Anti-rust treatment: For metal parts prone to rust, such as umbrella poles and bones, apply anti-rust oil regularly to prevent rust from affecting normal use.
Seasonal Maintenance: Before the onset of winter or at the time of seasonal change, it is recommended to perform a comprehensive cleaning and maintenance of the sun umbrella. Store it appropriately in a dry, ventilated place, preferably in a dust cover, to avoid damage from long-term exposure to humidity.
Safety Precautions
Weather Conditions: Do not use the parasol in adverse weather conditions such as high winds, heavy rains, thunder, and lightning to prevent it from being blown over, damaged, or causing injury. Secure and put away the parasol during windy weather.
Thunderstorms: Do not stand under the parasol during thunderstorms, as the metal pole can conduct electricity and increase the risk of being struck by lightning.
Age limit for use: Be aware of the age limit for sun umbrella use, especially for families with small children. Children should be supervised by an adult when using the parasol to prevent accidents caused by children climbing on it.
