Key Features of the PW-LINK System

Drive Units

Three main models optimized for various eBike styles:

• PW-X4: Lightweight (2.6kg), compact, and the most powerful unit with 100Nm of torque and 48V output.
• PW-S3 Series: Versatile options for everyday, fast, and cargo riding, with torque ranging from 60Nm to 85Nm.
• PW-L1: Ultra-light (2kg), ideal for climbing and mountain riding with 60Nm torque.

All units include Zero Cadence Technology, full compatibility with PW-LINK batteries and displays, low noise, compact design, and easy third-party integration.

Batteries

Two high-performance 48V batteries designed for safety, efficiency, and flexibility:

• PW-LINK Integrated Battery 840: 48V, 842Wh, 4.2kg, anti-theft features, top-tier energy density and safety.
• PW-LINK Integrated Battery 560: 48V, 560Wh, 3.2kg, ideal for short trips, with dual-battery support and robust fire prevention systems.

Displays

Yamaha PW-LINK App

A next-gen app offering Bluetooth connectivity to all components, real-time performance data, anti-theft features, and maintenance notifications. It's customizable for OEM partners and enhances the rider's control and experience.

Yamaha eBike Systems Service Platform

Recently launched in France, this dealer platform provides training, spare parts ordering, warranty handling, and technical support. It aims to expand across Europe to support the PW-LINK System and strengthen dealer-customer relationships.
