Eligible Customers

Customers who complete the order and payment successfully for Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 or Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 (256GB or 512GB) via Samsung.com from July 09, 2025, to July 30, 2025, and do not request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Prize Structure

For Galaxy Z Fold 7 Orders:

For Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 Orders:

• 01 Samsung Galaxy Watch 7.

Notes:

• Prizes are awarded in kind and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or exchanged for different models or colors. The color of the Galaxy Z Fold 7 in the special gift package will be fixed according to the special collection and may differ from the color the customer pre-ordered.
• Prize values include 8% VAT.
• Prizes in kind are covered by the warranty of the prize supplier.

Total Value of Promotional Goods and Services

The estimated total value of goods used for promotion nationwide is 613,536,000 VND.

Promotion Participation Details

Conditions and Procedures for Participation:

Customers must complete the following two steps to participate:

Step 1: Receive Exclusive E-voucher Code

From 06:00 on June 24, 2025, to 21:00 on July 09, 2025, customers can receive an exclusive E-voucher code through one of the following methods:

• Method 1a: Register for information about the Galaxy Unpacked event on the website https://www.samsung.com/vn/unpacked. Fill in required information (full name, phone number, email address) and answer survey questions. Upon successful registration, a confirmation message will appear, and an email containing the E-voucher code will be sent.
• Method 1b: Purchase an E-voucher from the Samsung Official Store at https://samsung.com/vn/gift-card/e-vouchers/pre-registration-evoucher-z-code-evoucher. Select the E-voucher product, provide necessary information, and complete payment. (Note: E-voucher orders cannot be combined with other products or promotions, and Samsung Rewards are not applicable during checkout).

Important Notes for E-voucher:

• E-voucher codes will be sent to the registered email address within 48 hours of successful purchase. Samsung is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect email addresses or compromised email accounts.
• E-voucher codes are 18 characters long, consisting of letters and numbers (e.g., L63-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX or 863-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX).
• E-vouchers are valid only for eligible purchases on the Samsung Official Store (https://www.samsung.com/vn/smartphones/galaxy-z/) within their validity period.
• Customers who registered in Step 1 will receive their E-voucher code via email from Samsung Electronics Vietnam between June 24, 2025, and July 14, 2025.
• Each email address will receive one E-voucher code.
• If a customer does not receive or has deleted their E-voucher email, they can contact Samsung Support at 1800-588-889 (ext. 6) or visit www.samsung.com/vn/support by July 12, 2025. Samsung will resend the code within 3 business days.
• Samsung is not responsible for incorrect information provided by customers or for issues arising after the order placement period ends (after July 12, 2025).

Step 2: Use the Exclusive E-voucher Code to Place an Order

From 21:00 on July 09, 2025, to July 30, 2025, customers should visit https://www.samsung.com/vn/smartphones/galaxy-z/, select at least one Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 or Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7 (256GB or 512GB), and add it to the cart.

• In the online cart, enter the E-voucher code in the “Enter promotion code” field and click “Apply”.
• A confirmation message “Promotion code applied successfully” will appear upon successful application.
• Customers can choose their preferred delivery method:
  • Delivery to the provided address.
  • Pick-up at Samsung service points.
• Payment options include:
  • International credit card
  • 0% installment plan via credit card
  • Domestic ATM card
  • Mobile banking applications
  • E-wallets

After successful order placement, Samsung will confirm the order via SMS and email within 24 hours.

The Order Number will serve as the unique identifier for each customer.

Important Notes:

• This promotion is not applicable to trade-in orders.
• Winners will not receive Samsung Rewards.
• Orders placed through Shopback will not be eligible for Shopback cashback during the pre-order period (July 09, 2025 - July 31, 2025).

Prize Determination and Notification

Prize Determination Method:

During the 22-day promotion period (July 09, 2025 - July 30, 2025), two orders with the highest value and earliest order time will be selected daily for each product line, totaling 44 winning slots.

Winning Criteria for Daily Prizes (02 orders per day):

• 01 eligible order with the highest value and earliest order time for the Galaxy Z Fold 7.
• 01 eligible order with the highest value and earliest order time for the Galaxy Z Flip 7.

Four criteria for daily winning orders (prioritized):

1. Order must use an exclusive E-voucher code.
2. Order must be successfully delivered and not returned.
3. Order must have the highest total value.
4. Order must be completed earliest in the day.

Conditions for Valid Order Numbers:

• Customers must complete all steps outlined in Section 8.1.
• For Galaxy Z Fold 7: Pre-orders must be fully paid between 21:00 on July 09, 2025, and July 30, 2025.
• For Galaxy Z Flip 7: Pre-orders must be fully paid and successfully delivered (expected between July 26, 2025, and August 05, 2025).
• If a customer uses the same order number or email address to order both Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7, only the order corresponding to the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 will be considered.

Notes:

• For Galaxy Z Flip 7: Cancelled, returned, or undelivered orders are ineligible.
• The promotion is only applicable if the email used for purchase matches the email provided in the survey. Mismatched emails will result in disqualification.

Entitlement to Enter Prize Draw:

Each Order Number is equivalent to one entry in the prize draw.

Proof of Winning:

The two daily winning orders must meet the four criteria listed above.

Prize Notification:

Prize notifications will be made in three batches:

• Notification Batch 1: For eligible orders with the highest value and earliest order time for Galaxy Z Fold 7 from July 09, 2025, to July 23, 2025. Winners announced on July 28, 2025, on https://www.samsung.com/vn/offer/galaxy-handraiser/. Samsung will contact winners from July 28-30, 2025, to confirm prize details and delivery address.
• Notification Batch 2: For eligible orders with the highest value and earliest order time for Galaxy Z Fold 7 from July 24, 2025, to July 30, 2025. Winners announced on August 04, 2025, on https://www.samsung.com/vn/offer/galaxy-handraiser/. Samsung will contact winners from August 06-08, 2025.
• Notification Batch 3: For eligible orders with the highest value and earliest order time for Galaxy Z Flip 7 from July 09, 2025, to July 30, 2025. Winners announced on August 20, 2025, on https://www.samsung.com/vn/offer/galaxy-handraiser/. Samsung will contact winners from August 26-28, 2025.

Samsung will attempt to contact winners up to three times per business day. If unable to contact, prizes will be handled according to legal regulations.

Prize Delivery

Prize Delivery Location, Method, and Procedures:

• Prize Delivery Location: Winners will be announced on the Samsung Vietnam Facebook fanpage (http://www.facebook.com/SamsungVietnam) and the website (https://www.samsung.com/vn/offer/galaxy-handraiser/).
• Prize Delivery Method: Prizes will be sent directly to the customer's provided address.
• Prize Delivery Procedures:
  • Customers must provide the following information to confirm prize details:
    • ID Card/Citizen ID Card/Passport for identity verification.
    • Gift recipient information: Recipient's name, delivery phone number, and delivery address.
  • This information must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving the prize notification email.
  • SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS VIET NAM THAI NGUYEN - HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH will cover the shipping costs for prize delivery.
  • Upon receiving the prize, customers must sign a prize handover record.
  • Prizes will be delivered within 30 days of the announcement of the winning results.

Samsung reserves the right to cancel prizes in the following cases:

• Winner fails to provide or provides incorrect/incomplete contact information, preventing Samsung from making contact.
• Winner does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this promotion.
• Customer-provided information for prize redemption does not match the information registered in Section 8.1 and order details.

Any personal income tax arising from prizes will be borne by SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS VIET NAM THAI NGUYEN - HO CHI MINH CITY BRANCH and declared according to law.
