1. Introduction

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 | Flip 7 Series Pre-Order Promotion ("Promotion") is organized by Samsung Malaysia Electronics (SME) Sdn Bhd [Company No. 200301026766(629186-D)] ("Samsung"). The sales transaction in the Promotion is between the Participating Stores and the Customer. Samsung provides the recommended retail price ("RRP") and/or redemption guidance. Customers agree to comply with all terms and conditions when accessing or using this site. Samsung's role is limited to hosting this site and organizing this Promotion.

The Promotion operates on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion will run for the periods stated below or while promotional stocks last, whichever is earlier:

Samsung reserves the right to shorten, extend or cancel the Promotion Period at its sole discretion without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to all Malaysian citizens and residents of Malaysia aged 18 years and above (as of 9 July 2025) with a Malaysia Identity Card. Excluded are Samsung employees (and their immediate families), related agencies, retailers, and dealers. Eligible Customers are defined in relation to the Campaign and/or Promotion.

5. Promotion Mechanism

5.1 Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 | Flip 7 Series Pre-Order Promotion

Customers who purchased any Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 | Flip 7 Series Participating Model during the Promotion Period are eligible for a rebate of up to RM600 for storage upgrade (“Pre-Order Rebate”).

This promotion is stackable with the Galaxy Unpacked Registration of Interest voucher code (“ROI Voucher Code”) and the Samsung Reservation+ voucher code (“SR+ Voucher Code”).

5.2 Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 | Flip 7 Series 30% off Branded Mobile Accessories Promotion

Customers who purchased any Samsung Galaxy Fold7 | Flip7 Series Participating Model are eligible to purchase up to three (3) units of selected Samsung Branded Mobile Accessories at a 30% discount from Participating Stores. This promotion is limited to a total of 1,294 units nationwide on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. This promotion is stackable with other promotions under this Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 | Flip7 Series Preorder Promotion.

5.3 Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 | Flip7 Series Multi Buy Offer (“MBO”) Tablets & Wearables Promotion

Customers who purchased participating models are eligible to purchase up to two (2) units of MBO tablets and two (2) units of MBO wearables at a discounted price in a single transaction/receipt.

This promotion is limited to the quantity stated above nationwide, on a first-come, first-served basis, and while stocks last. This promotion is stackable with other promotions under this Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 | Flip7 Preorder Promotion.

5.5 Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 | Flip 7 Series CIMB Card Offer

Eligible customers who purchased participating models from Participating Stores during the Promotion Period can get an instant rebate up to RM400 upon checkout with a CIMB voucher code.

This promotion is limited to one (1) redemption per device/Participating Model and is capped at a total of 2,291 units nationwide on a first-come, first-served basis, and while stocks last.

Customer Journey:

• Online: Eligible CIMB Credit Card/-I or Debit Card users receive a voucher code from CIMB (“CIMB Voucher Code”). Visit Samsung Online Store, pre-order a Participating Model, insert the CIMB Voucher Code during checkout for automatic rebate reflection, and complete payment.
• In-store: Eligible CIMB Credit Card/-I or Debit Card users receive a CIMB Voucher Code from CIMB. Visit any Participating Stores (excluding Samsung Online Store and Endless Aisle), pre-order a Participating Model during the Promotion Period, show the CIMB Voucher Code to the sales-person for discount deduction, and make payment.

5.6 Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 | Flip 7 Promotion with Samsung Care+

Customers who are existing Flip or Fold Series users and purchased either Galaxy Z Fold 7 or Galaxy Z Flip 7 (“Participating Models”) will be eligible to redeem a complimentary 3-year Samsung Care+ (“SC+”).

Steps to enjoy this promotion:

1. Eligible Flip/Fold users see a promotion banner in the Samsung Members app.
2. Click the banner and select "Redeem Now!".
3. Purchase any Participating Models from Participating Stores during the Promotion Period.
4. Access Samsung Members app using the newly purchased Participating Model and repeat steps 1 and 2. (Must use the same Samsung Account).
5. Activate SC+ for the new Galaxy Z Fold 7 | Flip 7 within 30 days from the date of purchase (date of purchase must be within the Promotion Period).

This promotion is limited to a total of 1,172 units nationwide on a first-come, first-served basis, and while stocks last. This promotion is stackable with other promotions under this Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 | Flip7 Series Preorder Promotion, ROI Voucher Code and SR+ Voucher Code.

5.7 Galaxy Forever – Upgrade to Galaxy Z Fold 7 | Flip 7 Promotion

Customers with existing devices (as defined in Appendix B, Section 3, “Existing Device”) who signed up/pre-registered as Galaxy Forever members during the sign-up period (Appendix B, Section 2, “Sign-Up Period”) are eligible for the residual value (Table 1, Appendix B, “Residual Value”) to be used towards purchasing the participating models from Participating Stores during the Promotion Period.

Steps to sign-up/pre-register for the Promotion:

1. Eligible Customer with Existing Device signs up/pre-registers as a Galaxy Forever member in the Samsung Member app under the “Benefits” section during the Sign Up Period.
2. Eligible Customer is directed to the fulfilment partner, Remobie Technologies Sdn Bhd's (“Fulfilment Partner”) site to complete the sign-up/pre-registration.
3. Upon successful enrolment/sign-up, the Galaxy Forever Card with a unique Member ID is added to the eligible Customer's Samsung Wallet.
4. Eligible Customer visits any Participating Stores during the Promotion Period and presents the Existing Device with the Galaxy Forever Card for assessment and trade-in. The Existing Device is diagnosed, assessed, and graded at the Participating Stores using the Fulfilment Party's diagnosis tool.
5. Eligible customer purchases any of the Participating Models from the Participating Stores during the Promotion Period. Based on the condition, the eligible Customer is offered the Residual Value for the trade-in/sale of the Existing Device to the Fulfilment Party. The Residual Value is utilized for purchasing the Participating Models, where the Residual Value is set off against the purchase price.

Notes:

• Personal device locks (PIN, passcode, fingerprint, facial) and accounts must be deleted before handover.
• The trade-in/sale of the Existing Device to the Fulfilment Party is strictly between the eligible Customer and Fulfilment Party and subject to the Fulfilment Party's terms and conditions.

Minimum Device Condition:

Existing Devices must meet the following conditions for the upgrade journey:

Samsung is not responsible for the fulfilment/trade-in transaction between the Fulfilment Party and Customer. The trade-in is subject to the Fulfilment Party's terms and conditions. Samsung acts as a coordinator.

Official replacement devices (e.g., warranty claim) with official documentation are eligible.

Eligible Customers must ensure all customer data backup is completed and SIM card is removed from the Existing Device prior to handover. Upon handover, data in the Existing Device is deemed deleted/lost and unrecoverable. Samsung, Participating Stores, and Fulfilment Party are not liable for any loss of personal data.

Final payment depends on the Participating Models purchased and the Existing Device traded-in.

Unless stated otherwise, this promotion is not stackable with other ongoing trade-in promotions/deals.

All Promotions, Participating Models, rebates, and free gifts are limited to the stated quantity on a first-come, first-served basis, and while stocks last.

Free gift(s)/actual promotion(s) availability is subject to the respective Participating Stores. Customers should check with point of sales for promotion type and/or free gift availability before purchase. Samsung reserves the right to deliver or allow for collection separately.

Samsung reserves the right to suspend, terminate, cancel or amend the Promotion(s), Promotional Models, free gift(s) at any time without prior notice.

Unless stated otherwise, respective Promotions are not stackable with other ongoing promotions/deals.

6. Pre-Order Collection Period

Purchases under this Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 | Flip 7 Series Pre-Order Promotion are on a pre-order basis. The collection/delivery period is estimated to be from 21 July 2025 to 31 July 2025, or other timeline determined by Samsung (“Pre-Order Collection/Delivery Period”).

Actual collection/delivery period might differ subject to stock availability of the respective Participating Stores & Participating Model(s) purchased. Customers are advised to check with point of sales on actual collection/delivery date prior or upon purchase.

If the Customer fails to collect the pre-ordered Participating Model within the periods stated, the deposit amount (as stipulated by the relevant Participating Store) will be forfeited and the pre-order will be null and void. Customers will be charged the full amount for pre-orders made through Samsung Online Store and Samsung Authorized Online Flagship Store.

Samsung reserves the right to change the Pre-Order Collection/Delivery Period without prior notice and shall not be liable for any changes.

7. Payment

All transactions are between Customer and Dealer only. Samsung acts as the coordinating party and is not involved in any monetary/sale and purchase transaction. Customers are not allowed to cancel the order, change the selected device colour or model, or the selected outlet once payment is completed. Customers shall pay the full amount for the order directly to the Dealer only.

8. Delivery

Fulfilment and delivery of the product is handled by Samsung SDS Malaysia Sdn Bhd (“SDS”). SDS may appoint a third (3rd) party vendor or service provider for fulfilment and delivery. Personal information provided (name, delivery address, contact numbers, email address) may be used and/or disclosed to such third party for delivery purposes.

To accept the item, the Customer or authorized representative must present identification (NRIC or Passport) to the delivery personnel. Failure to do so may result in refusal of delivery and return of the product as “unclaimed”.

Proof of delivery must be a written acknowledgement of receipt by the Customer, authorized representative, or recipient. For office addresses, acknowledgement by office staff is considered good acknowledgement.

The time for delivery is between the Customer and SDS. Samsung is not liable for any delay in delivery.

9. Customer's Covenants

Customers must not use this site to:

• Submit fraudulent, false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous information.
• Distribute viruses or other technologies that may harm Samsung or other users.
• Export the unit purchased except in compliance with export control laws and posted rules/restrictions.

If Samsung suspects abuse of the Promotion, Samsung may take steps to prevent and mitigate such abuse, including limiting, suspending, or terminating user accounts, delaying or removing hosted content, reducing discounts, and taking technical and/or legal steps.

10. Limitation of Liability

Samsung uses reasonable effort to keep the site safe, secure, and functioning properly but does not guarantee continuous operation or access. Customers use the site at their own risk, provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

Samsung excludes all express or implied warranties, terms, and conditions to the extent permitted by applicable law. Customers assume full responsibility for any accident, damage, or claim resulting from participation. Customers must be able to perform legally binding contracts. No refunds or costs will arise from violation of the minimum age stated.

Warranty of the Promotional Product is subject to standard product warranty coverage as per terms and conditions stated on the official corporate website: http://www.samsung.com/my/support/warranty.

11. General

By participating, Customers fully and unconditionally agree to and accept the Terms and Conditions and Samsung's decisions, which are final and binding.

This Promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, vouchers, or discounts.

Pictures/images of Promotional Products are for illustration purposes only; actual item or colour may vary.

Indicated prices are Recommended Retail Price (RRP). RRP and Promo RRP are subject to change without prior notice.

Free Gifts, Rebates, and E-Vouchers are on a first-come, first-served basis, and while stocks last. They are not redeemable for cash, exchangeable, or transferable, and cannot be used with other promotional offers. They are only applicable for purchases made under Participating Stores during the Promotion Period.

Product display sets, B2B purchases, staff purchases, EPP purchases, and Customer Retention Program (CRP) purchases are not entitled to any Free Gifts, Rebates, or E-Vouchers.

Samsung reserves the right to disqualify or reject any submissions/redemptions for Order or Free Gift(s), Rebate(s), and/or E-Voucher(s) in its sole discretion without prior notice, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same Customer's account or orders that use the same billing address or delivery address.

Samsung reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to the extent permitted by law. Changes become effective as soon as they are displayed on Samsung's website.

Samsung reserves the right to change Free Gifts, if any, with products of similar value without prior notice.

Samsung and/or Dealer reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice. Cancellation of orders does not entitle the Customer to any compensation for losses or damages.

If Free Gifts are awarded to a Customer providing false or mistaken identity or information, Samsung reserves the right to revoke eligibility and recover damages.

If Customer returns Promotional Products purchased, Customer shall return any Free Gifts received together with the purchase, subject to Samsung's standard product warranty coverage and return policy.

In the event of any electronic, computer, operational, or technical error affecting details, pricing, or quantity of the product or any promotion, Samsung or Dealer reserves the right to rectify such error and/or cancel any transaction entered into in reliance of the said error.

Samsung shall not be liable in any way for any costs, expenses, damages, liability, or injury arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.

By participating, Customers agree to release and hold Samsung and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, licensees, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind in connection with the Promotion or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Free Gift, or travel to or from any gift-related activity, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

In case of any dispute, Samsung reserves the right to make the final decision, which is final and no further correspondence or appeal will be entertained.

During the Promotion Period, Samsung may collect consumer information including personal information via survey forms. By participating, you agree that the collection of such information will be processed, handled, and used in accordance with the Samsung Privacy Policy at http://www.samsung.com/my/info/privacy.html.

In the event of inconsistencies between the Terms and Conditions found elsewhere with regard to this Promotion and the Terms and Conditions herein, the latter shall prevail.

The Terms and Conditions of the Promotion shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
