Assembly Steps
Step 1
Attach two vertical side panels to the main base frame. Insert 2x Part 101350 (cam lock screw) into the designated holes on each side panel, then connect them to the base frame. This step uses a total of 4x Part 101350.
Step 2
Attach another vertical side panel to the base frame. Connect it using 1x Part 141250 (dowel/pin).
Step 3
Secure the structure. Use 4x Part 141231 (long threaded bolt) and 4x Part 104864 (cam lock housing) to fasten the components together.
Step 4
Attach a bracket (Part 114250) to the frame. Use 1x Part 141232 (short bolt) and 1x Part 100002 (allen key/wrench) for this connection.
Step 5
Attach another vertical side panel to the base frame. Connect it using 2x Part 101350 (cam lock screw).
Step 6
Attach brackets (Part 114250) to the frame. Use 1x Part 141250 (dowel/pin) for each bracket, totaling 2x Part 141250.
Step 7
Attach a bracket. Use 1x Part 141232 (short bolt) and 1x Part 100002 (allen key/wrench).
Step 8
Insert 4x Part 101350 (cam lock screw) into the top edge of the frame structure. Then, attach the top frame piece by aligning it with the side panels and securing it.
Step 9
Attach brackets (Part 114250) to the frame. Use 1x Part 141250 (dowel/pin) for each bracket, totaling 2x Part 141250.
Step 10
Attach a bracket. Use 1x Part 141232 (short bolt) and 1x Part 100002 (allen key/wrench).
Step 11
Attach brackets (Part 114250) to the frame. This step shows the attachment of the brackets to the frame structure.
Step 12
Attach a bracket. Use 1x Part 141232 (short bolt) and 1x Part 100002 (allen key/wrench).
Step 13

Place the mattress slats onto the assembled base frame. The slats are shown being inserted into position.
Cover Installation
Follow these steps to install the protective cover:
- Step 1: Place the cover over the assembled mattress base. Secure the cover using the integrated straps (2x shown in detail).
- Step 2: Fold the corners of the cover neatly.
- Step 3: Tuck the edges of the cover under the mattress base for a snug fit.
