Installation
Built Under Installation:
Diagrams show required cabinet dimensions for installing the oven under a hob. Key dimensions include height (min. 550mm, min. 560mm), width (600mm), and depth (453mm). Specific clearances are indicated, such as 80mm, 60mm, and 20mm. The electrical connection requires a minimum of 1500mm cable length (H05 V V - F). YouTube installation guides are available.
Column Installation:
Diagrams show required cabinet dimensions for installing the oven in a column. Similar to built-under, key dimensions for height (min. 550mm, min. 560mm), width (600mm), and depth (453mm) are shown. 1. Safety Information
1.1 Children and vulnerable people safety
- Appliance can be used by children aged 8+ and persons with reduced capabilities if supervised or instructed.
- Children under 8 and those with extensive disabilities should be kept away unless supervised.
- Children should be supervised to prevent playing with the appliance.
- Keep packaging away from children.
- WARNING: Appliance and parts become hot during use. Keep children and pets away.
- Child safety device should be activated if available.
- Children must not clean or maintain the appliance without supervision.
1.2 General Safety
- For cooking purposes only.
- Designed for single household domestic use indoors.
- May be used in offices, hotels, guest rooms, etc., within domestic usage levels.
- Installation and cable replacement must be done by a qualified person.
- Do not use before installation in built-in structure.
- Disconnect from power supply before maintenance.
- Damaged supply cord must be replaced by manufacturer, service centre, or qualified persons.
- WARNING: Ensure appliance is switched off before replacing lamp to avoid electric shock.
- WARNING: Appliance and accessible parts get hot. Avoid touching heating elements or cavity surfaces.
2. Safety Instructions
2.1 Installation
WARNING! Only a qualified person must install this appliance.
- Remove all packaging.
- Do not install or use a damaged appliance.
- Follow installation instructions available on the website.
- Always take care when moving the appliance; it is heavy. Use safety gloves and enclosed footwear.
- Do not pull the appliance by the handle.
- Install in a safe, suitable place meeting installation requirements.
- Maintain minimum distance from other appliances and units.
- Check if the appliance door opens without restraint before mounting.
- The appliance has an electric cooling system and must be operated with power supply.
2.2 Electrical connection
WARNING! Risk of fire and electric shock.
- All electrical connections by a qualified electrician.
- Appliance must be earthed.
- Ensure rating plate parameters match mains power supply ratings.
- Always use a correctly installed shockproof socket.
- Do not use multi-plug adapters and extension cables.
- Avoid damage to mains plug and cable. Cable replacement by Authorised Service Centre.
- Keep mains cables away from appliance door or niche, especially when hot.
- Shock protection of live/insulated parts must be fastened and not removable without tools.
- Connect mains plug to socket only at the end of installation.
- Ensure mains plug is accessible after installation.
- Do not connect if mains socket is loose.
- Always pull the mains plug, not the cable, to disconnect.
Use only correct isolation devices: line protecting cut-outs, fuses, earth leakage trips, and contactors.
The electrical installation must have an isolation device with a minimum 3 mm contact opening width at all poles.
Fully close the appliance door before connecting the mains plug.
The appliance is supplied with a main plug and cable.
Cable types applicable for installation or replacement for Europe:
H07 RN-F, H05 RN-F, H05 RRF, H05 VV-F, H05 V2V2-F (T90), H05 BB-F

The earth cord (green/yellow) must be 2 cm longer than the brown and blue cables.
2.3 Use
WARNING! Risk of injury, burns, electric shock or explosion.
- Do not change appliance specifications.
- Ensure ventilation openings are not blocked.
- Do not leave appliance unattended during operation.
- Deactivate after each use.
- Be careful when opening the door during operation; hot air can release.
- Do not operate with wet hands or contact with water.
- Do not apply pressure on the open door.
- Do not use as a work surface or storage surface.
- Open door carefully. Ingredients with alcohol can cause alcohol/air mixture.
- Do not let sparks or open flames contact the appliance when opening the door.
- Always use glass and jars approved for preserving.
- Do not put flammable products or wet items near or on the appliance.
WARNING! Risk of damage to the appliance.
To prevent damage or discoloration to enamel:
- Do not place ovenware or objects directly on the bottom.
- Do not place aluminium foil directly on the bottom of the cavity.
- Do not pour water directly into the hot appliance.
- Do not keep moist dishes and food in the appliance after cooking.
- Be careful when removing or installing accessories.
Discoloration of enamel or stainless steel does not affect performance.
Use a deep pan for moist cakes; fruit juices cause permanent stains.
Always cook with the appliance door closed.
If installed behind a furniture panel (door), ensure the panel door is never closed when the appliance operates. Heat and moisture buildup can cause damage. Do not close the panel until the appliance has cooled down.
2.4 Care and cleaning
WARNING! Risk of injury, fire, or damage to the appliance.
- Before maintenance, deactivate and disconnect the mains plug.
- Ensure the appliance is cold; glass panels can break.
- Replace damaged door glass panels immediately; contact Authorised Service Centre.
- Be careful when removing the door; it is heavy.
- Clean regularly to prevent surface deterioration.
- Clean with a moist soft cloth, neutral detergents. Do not use abrasive products, pads, solvents, or metal objects.
- If using oven spray, follow its safety instructions.
2.5 Pyrolytic cleaning
WARNING! Risk of Injury / Fires / Chemical Emissions (Fumes) in Pyrolytic Mode.
- Before pyrolytic cleaning/preheating, remove excess food residues, oil, grease, and all removable objects (shelves, side rails, non-stick pots, pans, trays, utensils).
- Read all pyrolytic cleaning instructions carefully.
- Keep children away during pyrolytic cleaning; appliance gets very hot, hot air released from vents.
- Pyrolytic cleaning releases fumes from cooking residues; ensure good ventilation during and after.
- Do not spill or apply water on the oven door during/after cleaning to avoid damaging glass panels.
- Fumes are not harmful to humans, children, or persons with medical conditions.
- Keep pets away during/after cleaning; small pets are sensitive to temperature changes and fumes.
- Non-stick surfaces on cookware can be damaged by high temperatures.
2.6 Internal lighting
WARNING! Risk of electric shock.
- Lamps are designed for extreme conditions in appliances; not for other applications or room illumination.
- Product contains a light source of energy efficiency class G.
- Use only lamps with the same specifications.
2.7 Service
- Contact Authorised Service Centre for repairs.
- Use original spare parts only.
2.8 Disposal
WARNING! Risk of injury or suffocation.
- Contact municipal authority for disposal information.
- Disconnect the appliance from the mains supply.
- Cut off the mains electrical cable close to the appliance and dispose of it.

- Food Sensor: Controls cooking based on food temperature.
- Telescopic runners: For easier insertion and removal of trays and shelves.
4. Control Panel
4.1 Turning the appliance on and off
To turn on: Press knobs (they pop out), turn heating function knob to select, turn control knob to adjust settings.
To turn off: Turn heating function knob to the off position.
4.2 Control panel overview
- Press and hold [Fast Heat Up] to set the function.
- Press [Lamp On/Off] to turn the appliance lamp on and off.
- Press [Food Sensor] to set food core temperature.
- Press [OK] to confirm selection.
- Press [Timer] to set timer functions.
4.3 Display indicators
The display shows various indicators:
- [Locked]: Appliance is locked.
- [Assisted Cooking]: Submenu for Assisted Cooking.
- [Cleaning]: Submenu for Cleaning.
- [Settings]: Submenu for Settings.
- [Fast Heat Up]: Fast Heat Up is activated.
- [Steam Cooking]: Steam cooking is activated.
- [Food Sensor]: Food Sensor is activated.
- [Minute Minder]: Minute minder is activated.
- [Cooking Time]: Cooking time is activated.
- [Time Delayed Start]: Time Delayed Start is activated.
- [Uptimer]: Uptimer is activated.
- [Progress Bar]: Visually indicates appliance reaching set temperature or cooking time ending.
5. Before First Use
WARNING! Refer to Safety chapters.
5.1 Setting the time
After first connection, display shows "00:00". Turn control knob to set time, then press [OK].
5.2 Initial preheating and cleaning
Preheat the empty appliance before first use. Ventilate the room during preheating as it may emit smell and smoke.
- Remove all accessories and shelf supports.
- Set function and maximum temperature, let operate for 1 hour.
- Set function and maximum temperature, let operate for 15 minutes.
- Turn off, wait until cold.
- Clean with microfibre cloth, warm water, and mild detergent.
- Replace accessories and shelf supports.
6. Daily Use
WARNING! Refer to Safety chapters.
6.1 Heating functions
- True Fan Cooking: For roasting meat and baking cakes. Use a lower temperature than Conventional Cooking.
- Conventional Cooking: For baking and roasting on one shelf position.
- SteamBake: Adds humidity for better colour, crispy crust, and juiciness during reheating.
- Frozen Foods: Makes convenience food crispy (e.g., fries, potato wedges).
- Pizza Function: For pizza and dishes requiring more heat from below.
- Bottom Heat: For browning and crispy bottom; use lowest shelf position.
- Moist Fan Baking: Designed to save energy. Temperature may differ from set temperature; uses residual heat, may reduce heating power. Refer to chapter for details.
- Grill: For thin pieces of food and toasting bread.
- Turbo Grilling: For large meat joints or poultry; also for gratins and browning.
The lamp may turn off automatically at temperatures below 80°C during some heating functions.
6.2 Notes on: Moist Fan Baking
This function complies with energy efficiency class and ecodesign requirements (EU 65/2014, EU 66/2014). Tested according to IEC/EN 60350-1.
Keep the oven door closed for optimal energy efficiency.
The lamp turns off automatically after 30 seconds with this function. For cooking instructions, refer to "Hints and tips". For energy saving, refer to "Energy Efficiency".
6.3 Setting: Heating functions
- Turn heating function knob to select a function.
- Turn control knob to set temperature.
[Fast Heat Up]: Press and hold to shorten heating time. Fan may turn on automatically.
6.4 Setting: SteamBake - Steam cooking
- Ensure appliance is cold.
- Fill cavity embossment with max 250 ml tap water. Do not refill during cooking or when hot.
- Turn heating function knob to select [SteamBake] function.
- Turn control knob to set temperature.
- Preheat empty appliance for 10 min to create humidity.
- Insert food.
- When cooking ends, turn heating function knob to off position.
- When appliance is cold, remove remaining water with a soft cloth.
WARNING! Carefully open the door; released humidity can cause burns.
6.5 Entering: Menu
Open Menu to access Assisted Cooking dishes and settings.
- Turn heating function knob to [Menu]. Display shows [Assisted Cooking], [Cleaning], [Settings].
- Turn control knob to select an icon and press [OK] to enter submenu.
6.6 Setting: Assisted Cooking
Assisted Cooking offers pre-programmed dishes. Adjust time and temperature during cooking.
- Turn heating function knob to [Assisted Cooking].
- Turn control knob to select [Dish Selection], press [OK].
- Turn control knob to select a dish (P1-P45), press [OK].
- Place food inside. Press [OK].
- Check food readiness; extend cooking time if needed.
Legend:
- [Food Sensor]: Must be connected.
- [Fill cavity embossment with water]: For steam cooking.
- [Preheat]: Preheat appliance before cooking.

6.7 Changing: Settings
- Turn heating function knob to [Menu].
- Turn control knob to select [Settings], press [OK].
- Turn control knob to select setting, press [OK].
- Turn control knob to adjust value, press [OK].
- Turn heating function knob to off position to exit Menu.

7. Additional Functions
7.1 Lock
Prevents accidental change of appliance function. Locks control panel when in use or off.
- Press and hold [OK] to turn on. A signal sounds. [Lock] symbol flashes 3 times.
- Press and hold [OK] to turn off.
7.2 Automatic switch-off
Appliance turns off automatically if no settings are changed during heating function for safety.

Set cooking time for durations exceeding automatic switch-off time. Does not work with Light, Food Sensor, Time Delayed Start functions.
7.3 Cooling fan
Turns on automatically to cool appliance surfaces. May continue operating after appliance is turned off until cool.
8. Clock Functions
8.1 Timer functions description
- Minute minder: Countdown timer. Signal sounds at end. No effect on appliance operation.
- Cooking time: Sets cooking duration. Signal sounds and heating function turns off at end.
- Time Delayed Start: Postpones start and/or end of cooking.
- Uptimer: Shows how long appliance operates (max 23h 59min). No effect on operation.
8.2 Setting: Minute minder
- Press [Minute Minder]. Display shows 0:00 and [Minute Minder].
- Turn control knob to set minute minder.
- Press [OK]. Timer starts counting down.
8.3 Setting: Cooking time
- Turn knobs to select heating function and temperature.
- Press [Cooking Time] until display shows 0:00 and [Cooking Time].
- Turn control knob to set Cooking time.
- Press [OK]. Timer starts counting down.
- When time ends, press [OK] and turn heating function knob to off position.
8.4 Setting: Time Delayed Start
- Turn knobs to select heating function and temperature.
- Press [Time Delayed Start] until display shows [Time Delayed Start] and [Start].
- Turn control knob to set start time.
- Press [OK]. Display shows --:-- [Stop].
- Turn control knob to set end time.
- Press [OK]. Timer counts down from set start time.
- When time ends, press [OK] and turn heating function knob to off position.
8.5 Setting: Uptimer
- Turn heating function knob to [Menu].
- Turn control knob to select [Uptimer] (refer to "Daily Use" chapter, Menu: Settings).
- Press [OK].
- Turn control knob to turn Uptimer on/off.
- Press [OK].
8.6 Setting: Time of day
- Turn heating function knob to [Menu].
- Turn control knob to select [Time of day] (refer to "Daily use" chapter, Menu: Settings).
- Turn control knob to set clock.
- Press [OK].
9. Using the Accessories
WARNING! Refer to Safety chapters.
9.1 Inserting accessories
Indentations at the top provide safety and tilt protection. Rim prevents cookware slipping.
Wire shelf
Insert shelf between guide bars with feet pointing down. Ensure shelf touches back of oven interior.
Baking tray / Deep pan
Push tray between guide bars with slope towards back of oven interior.
9.2 Food Sensor
Measures temperature inside food. Two temperatures to set: °C (appliance temp, at least 25°C higher than food core temp) and °F (food core temperature).
For best cooking results:
- Ingredients at room temperature.
- Do not use for liquid dishes.
- Needle must be fully inserted in dish during cooking.
Cooking with: Food Sensor
WARNING! Risk of burns from hot Food Sensor and shelf supports. Do not touch Food Sensor handle with bare hands. Use oven gloves.
- Turn on appliance.
- Set heating function and oven temperature.
- Insert Food Sensor inside the dish:
- Meat, poultry and fish: Insert entire needle into thickest part.
- Casserole: Insert tip exactly in centre. Stabilize with a solid ingredient. Use baking dish rim to support handle. Tip should not touch bottom.
- Plug Food Sensor into socket inside appliance (refer to "Product description").
- Display shows current Food Sensor temperature.
- Press [Set core temperature] to set core temperature.
- Turn control knob to set temperature.
- Press [OK].
- When food reaches set temperature, signal sounds. Check readiness; extend cooking time if needed.
- Remove Food Sensor plug and dish.

10.1 Cooking recommendations
Temperatures and cooking times are guidance only, depending on recipes and ingredients. Your appliance may bake/roast differently. Shelf positions are counted from the oven floor.

11. Care and Cleaning

11.1 Notes on cleaning
Cleaning Agents
- Clean front with microfibre cloth, warm water, mild detergent.
- Use cleaning solution for metal surfaces.
- Clean stains with mild detergent.
Everyday Use
- Clean interior after each use to prevent fire from fat accumulation.
- Moisture can condense. To decrease, let appliance run for 10 min before cooking. Do not store food longer than 20 min. Dry interior with microfibre cloth.
Accessories
- Clean all accessories after each use and dry them. Use microfibre cloth, warm water, mild detergent. Do not clean in dishwasher.
- Do not clean non-stick accessories with abrasive cleaners or sharp objects.
11.2 Cleaning the cavity embossment
Clean embossment to remove limestone residue after steam cooking. For SteamBake, clean every 5-10 cycles.
- Pour 250 ml white vinegar or citric acid into embossment. Use max 6% acidity vinegar.
- Let vinegar dissolve residue for 30 minutes at ambient temperature.
- Clean cavity with warm water and soft cloth.
11.3 Removing the shelf supports
Turn off appliance and wait until cold.
- Pull front of shelf support away from side wall.
- Pull rear end away from side wall and remove.
- Install shelf supports in opposite sequence. Retaining pins on telescopic runners must point forward.
11.4 Pyrolytic Cleaning
WARNING! Risk of burns.
CAUTION! Do not use if other appliances are installed in the same cabinet simultaneously.
Do not start if door is not fully closed.
- Ensure appliance is cold.
- Remove all accessories.
- Clean oven interior and inner door glass with warm water, soft cloth, mild detergent.
- Turn heating function knob to [Menu].
- Turn control knob to select [Pyrolytic Cleaning], press [OK].
- Select cleaning programme (C1, C2, C3) and press [OK].
- Press [OK] to start cleaning. Door locks, lamp turns off. Display shows [Cleaning].
- After cleaning, turn heating function knob to off position.
- Wait until appliance is cold and door unlocks. Clean interior with soft cloth and water.
11.5 Cleaning Reminder
When [Cleaning Reminder] flashes, clean with pyrolytic cleaning. Can be turned off in Settings.
11.6 Removing and installing door
Oven door has three glass panels. Remove door and glass panels for cleaning. Read "Removing and installing door" instruction first.
CAUTION! Do not use appliance without glass panels.
- Open door fully, hold both hinges.
- Lift and pull latches until they click.
- Close door halfway to first opening position, then lift and pull to remove door from seat.
- Place door on soft cloth.
- Hold door trim at top edge, push inwards to release clip seal.
- Pull door trim forward to remove.
- Hold glass panels by top edge and pull out one by one, starting from top. Ensure glass slides out completely.
- Make sure middle panel of glass is installed correctly in seats.
- Clean glass panels with water and soap. Dry carefully. Do not clean in dishwasher.
- Install glass panels and door. A click indicates correct installation. Ensure panels (A and B) are in correct sequence; check for symbol/printing.
11.7 Replacing the lamp
WARNING! Risk of electric shock. Lamp can be hot.
- Turn off appliance and wait until cold.
- Disconnect from mains.
- Place cloth on oven floor.
CAUTION! Always hold halogen lamp with a cloth to prevent grease residue from burning on lamp.
Back lamp
- Turn glass cover to remove.
- Clean glass cover.
- Replace lamp with a suitable 300°C heat-resistant lamp.
- Install glass cover.

14.3 Energy saving tips
Follow these tips to save energy:
- Ensure appliance door is closed during operation. Do not open too often.
- Keep door gasket clean and well fixed.
- Use dark, non-reflective cookware and tins.
- Do not preheat unless specifically recommended.
- Keep breaks between baking short when preparing multiple dishes.
- Cooking with fan: Use fan functions when possible.
- Residual heat: For cooking longer than 30 min, reduce temperature 3-10 min before end. Residual heat continues cooking. Use residual heat to keep food warm or warm up dishes. Display shows residual heat when turned off.
- Keep food warm: Use lowest possible temperature setting with residual heat.
- Cooking with the lamp off: Turn off lamp during cooking; turn on only when needed.
- Moist Fan Baking: Designed to save energy. Lamp turns off automatically after 30 sec. Turning it on again reduces energy savings.
