1.1 Children and Vulnerable People Safety
- This appliance can be used by children aged 8 and above, and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience/knowledge, if supervised or instructed on safe use and hazards.
- Children under 8, and persons with extensive/complex disabilities, should be kept away unless continuously supervised.
- Supervise children to ensure they do not play with the appliance.
- Keep packaging away from children and dispose of it properly.
- WARNING: The appliance and its accessible parts become hot during use. Keep children and pets away.
- If a child safety device is present, it should be activated.
- Children must not perform cleaning or maintenance without supervision.
1.2 General Safety
- This appliance is for cooking purposes only.
- Designed for single household domestic use indoors.
- May be used in offices, hotel rooms, guest rooms, farmhouses, and similar accommodations if usage does not exceed average domestic levels.
- Installation and cable replacement must be done by a qualified person.
- Do not use before installing in the built-in structure.
- Disconnect from power supply before maintenance.
- If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, authorized service centre, or similarly qualified persons to avoid electrical hazards.
- Control panel must connect to the specified heating unit with matching connector colours.
- Means for disconnection must be incorporated in fixed wiring according to rules.
- WARNING: Ensure the appliance is switched off before replacing the lamp to avoid electric shock.
2. Safety Instructions
2.1 Installation
- WARNING! Only a qualified person must install this appliance.
- Remove all packaging.
- Do not install or use a damaged appliance.
- Follow installation instructions available on the website.
- Always take care when moving the appliance as it is heavy. Use safety gloves and enclosed footwear.
- Do not pull the appliance by the handle.
- Install in a safe, suitable place meeting requirements.
- Kitchen cabinet and recess must have suitable dimensions.
- Maintain minimum distance from other appliances and units.
- Check door opens without restraint before mounting.
- Parts carry current; close the appliance with furniture to prevent contact with dangerous parts.
- The appliance has an electric cooling system and must be operated with the electric power supply.
- Fit the applicable hob before installing the appliance.
2.2 Electrical Connection
- WARNING! Risk of fire and electric shock.
- All electrical connections by a qualified electrician.
- Appliance must be earthed.
- Ensure rating plate parameters match mains power supply ratings.
- Use a correctly installed shockproof socket.
- Do not use multi-plug adapters or extension cables.
- Do not damage the mains plug or cable. For replacement, contact the Authorised Service Centre.
- Keep mains cables away from the appliance door or niche, especially when hot.
- Shock protection and insulated parts must be fastened securely, removable only with tools.
- Connect mains plug to socket only at the end of installation. Ensure plug is accessible after installation.
- If the mains socket is loose, do not connect the plug.
- Do not pull the mains cable to disconnect; always pull the plug.
- Use correct isolation devices: line protecting cut-outs, fuses, earth leakage trips, contactors.
- Electrical installation must have an all-pole disconnection device with a minimum contact opening width of 3 mm.
- Appliance supplied without main plug and cable.
- Hob connection socket is at the top of the oven cabinet. Connect hob leads to oven socket using plug-in connectors. Design prevents incorrect connections.
- If mains voltage differs, rearrange terminal board jumpers (see diagram). Connect ground cable. Attach supply cable with a junction clamp.
Connecting to terminal board: The appliance has a six-pole terminal board. Jumpers are set for 400V three-phase with a neutral wire.

2.3 Use
- WARNING! Risk of injury, burns, electric shock, or explosion.
- Do not change appliance specifications.
- Ensure ventilation openings are not blocked.
- Do not leave the appliance unattended during operation.
- Deactivate after each use.
- Open the door carefully during operation; hot air can release.
- Do not operate with wet hands or when in contact with water.
- Do not apply pressure on the open door.
- Do not use as a work surface or storage surface.
- Open the door carefully. Alcohol ingredients can cause an alcohol-air mixture.
- Keep sparks or open flames away from the appliance when opening the door.
- Always use glass and jars approved for preserving.
- Do not place flammable products or items wet with flammable products in, near, or on the appliance.
- WARNING! Risk of damage to the appliance. To prevent damage/discoloration:
- Do not place ovenware directly on the bottom.
- Do not place aluminium foil directly on the bottom.
- Do not put water directly into the hot appliance.
- Do not keep moist dishes/food in the appliance after cooking.

- Discoloration of enamel/stainless steel does not affect performance.
- Always cook with the door closed.
2.4 Care and Cleaning
- WARNING! Risk of injury, fire, or damage.
- Before maintenance, deactivate and disconnect the mains plug.
- Ensure appliance is cold; glass panels can break.
- Replace damaged door glass panels immediately; contact Authorised Service Centre.
- Be careful when removing the door; it is heavy.
- Clean regularly to prevent surface material deterioration.
- Clean with a moist soft cloth and neutral detergents. Do not use abrasive products, pads, solvents, or metal objects.
- If using oven spray, follow its safety instructions.
2.5 Internal Lighting
- WARNING! Risk of electric shock. Lamps are designed for extreme conditions and are not for room illumination.
- Product contains a light source of energy efficiency class G.
- Use only lamps with the same specifications.
2.6 Service
- Contact Authorised Service Centre for repairs.
- Use original spare parts only.
2.7 Disposal
- WARNING! Risk of injury or suffocation.
- Contact municipal authority for disposal information.

- Cut off the mains cable close to the appliance and dispose of it.

3.1 General Overview

4.1 Knobs for the cooking zones
WARNING! Refer to Safety chapters in the hob user manual. You can operate the hob with these knobs.

1. Turn the knob to the desired heat setting.
2. To finish cooking, turn the knob to the off position.
4.3 Using the Double Zone (if applicable)
If the hob has its own sensor interface, control is via the hob. Refer to the hob's user manual.
1. To activate the double zone, turn the knob clockwise to 9. Do not turn past the stop position.
2. Slowly turn the knob to the symbol until a click is heard. Both cooking zones are now on.
3. Refer to "Heat settings" to set the required heat.
4.4 Retractable Knobs
Press the knob to use it; it will pop out. Press again to retract.
5. Before First Use
5.1 Initial Preheating and Cleaning
Preheat the empty appliance before first use and contact with food. This may cause unpleasant smell and smoke; ventilate the room.
- Remove all accessories and removable shelf supports.
- Set function [symbol for function] and maximum temperature. Operate for 1 hour.

6. Daily Use
6.1 Heating Functions
- Light: Turns on the oven lamp.
- Fan Cooking: For roasting/baking on multiple shelves without flavour transfer.
- Moist Fan Baking: Saves energy. Temperature may differ from set; heating power may be reduced. Refer to "Daily Use" chapter for details.
- Conventional Cooking / Aqua Clean: For baking/roasting on one shelf. Refer to "Care and cleaning" for Aqua Clean.
- Bottom Heat: For baking cakes with crispy bottoms and preserving food.
- True Fan Cooking: For roasting meat and baking cakes. Use a lower temperature than Conventional Cooking as the fan distributes heat evenly.
- Fast Grilling: For thin food pieces and toasting bread.
- Turbo Grilling: For large meat joints/poultry with bones, gratins, and browning.
- Defrost: For defrosting food (vegetables, fruit). Time depends on amount and size.
Notes on: Moist Fan Baking: This function complies with energy efficiency and ecodesign requirements (EU 65/2014, EU 66/2014). Tests according to IEC/EN 60350-1. Keep the oven door closed for optimal energy efficiency. Refer to "Hints and tips" for cooking instructions and "Energy Efficiency" for saving tips.
6.3 Setting a Heating Function
- Turn the heating function knob to select a function.
- Turn the control knob to select the temperature.
- When cooking ends, turn knobs to the off position.
7. Additional Functions
7.1 Cooling Fan
The cooling fan operates automatically to keep surfaces cool. It may continue to run after the appliance is turned off until it cools down.
7.2 Safety Thermostat
Prevents dangerous overheating due to incorrect operation or defective components. It interrupts power supply and restarts automatically when temperature drops.
8. Using the Accessories
8.1 Inserting Accessories
Small indentations at the top increase safety and act as anti-tip devices. The raised rim prevents cookware from slipping.
- Wire Shelf: Insert between shelf support guide bars with feet pointing down.
- Baking Tray: Push between shelf support guide bars.

10. Care and Cleaning
10.1 Notes on Cleaning
- Cleaning Agents: Use a microfibre cloth with warm water and mild detergent for the front. Clean and check door gasket. Use a cleaning solution for metal surfaces. Use mild detergent for stains.
- Everyday Use: Clean interior after each use to prevent fire hazards from fat accumulation. Condensation on door glass can be reduced by running the appliance for 10 mins before cooking. Do not store food longer than 20 mins. Dry interior with microfibre cloth.
- Accessories: Clean all accessories after each use and let dry. Use microfibre cloth, warm water, mild detergent. Do not clean in dishwasher. Do not use abrasive cleaners or sharp objects on non-stick accessories.
10.2 Removing the Shelf Supports
- Turn off and wait until cold.
- Pull front of shelf support away from side wall.
- Pull rear end away from side wall and remove.
- Install in reverse order.
10.3 Aqua Clean
This procedure uses humidity to remove fat and food particles.
- Pour 150 ml water into the cavity embossment.
- Set function [symbol for function].
- Set temperature to 90 °C.
- Operate for 30 minutes.
- Turn off appliance.
- Wait until cold. Dry cavity with a soft cloth.
10.4 Removing and Installing the Door
The oven door has two glass panels. You can remove them for cleaning. Read the full instruction before removing glass panels.
CAUTION! Do not use the appliance without glass panels.
- Open door fully, holding both hinges.
- Lift and pull latches until they click.
- Close door halfway to first opening position, then lift and pull to remove from seat.
- Place door on a soft cloth, release locking system to remove internal glass panel.
- Turn fasteners by 90° and remove from seats.
- Carefully lift and remove the glass panel.
- Clean glass panels with water and soap; dry carefully. Do not clean in dishwasher.
- Install glass panel and door. A click indicates correct installation.
10.5 Replacing the Lamp
- WARNING! Risk of electric shock. Lamp can be hot.
- Turn off, wait until cold.
- Disconnect from mains.
- Place cloth on oven floor.
- Back lamp: Turn glass cover to remove. Clean cover. Replace lamp with a suitable 300°C heat-resistant lamp. Reinstall cover.
11. Troubleshooting

User Obligations: Before disposal, remove all batteries and accumulators not enclosed within the appliance. Remove lamps if possible without damage. User is responsible for deleting personal data.
