Appliance Overview
The cordless electric kettle (2) is shown with its power base (1). Key features visible on the kettle include: a handle (4), a lid-opening button (5) on the handle, a lid (6), and a removable limescale filter (7) inside the spout. The base incorporates a cord store (8) and control buttons: an illuminated on/off button (9) and an illuminated keep-warm function button (10). A touch display (11) on the base shows temperature settings (70°, 80°, 90°, 100°). Water level indicators are marked on the kettle body from 0.3 L (minimum) to 1.7 L (maximum).
Preparing the Appliance for First Use
- Remove any packaging material.
- Remove any stickers or film.
- Unwind the power cord to the required length.

- Rinse the kettle thoroughly.
Boiling Water
To end the heating process early, press the on/off button again. If you lift the kettle from the base and place it back down, the boiling process will not continue.
The light bar flashes at the set temperature. When 70°C is reached, the light bar fills from the left, displaying the temperature achieved. The temperature can be changed at any time during heating, but the required temperature must be higher than the current water temperature.
Example: Fill with 0.5 L water, press ON, kettle heats to 100°C and beeps.

Troubleshooting
The appliance does not heat up and the on/off switch does not light up:
Overheating protection is active. Leave the appliance to cool down for a long time before switching it on again.
The appliance switches off before the water has boiled:
This is likely due to limescale build-up. Descale the appliance.
Water Collects at the Base
Condensation may form for physical reasons. This is normal and harmless. Pull out the mains plug and dry the base with a cloth.
