Overview
This document provides essential information for the installation of the DWI14SD1 appliance mounting system. It details the included hardware and outlines key assembly steps based on provided diagrams.
Included Hardware
The following hardware components are supplied with the DWI14SD1 kit:
- ST4*14 screws (Quantity: 2)
- ST3.5*16 screws (Quantity: 2)
- ST3.9*13 screws (Quantity: 2)
Assembly and Mounting Instructions
Follow these steps, referring to the diagrams for visual guidance:
- Prepare Mounting Location: Select a suitable wall location. Ensure the mounting surface is capable of supporting the specified weight limit.
- Install Main Bracket: Diagram 2 depicts a primary mounting bracket or panel with significant dimensions, including lengths of approximately 870mm, 550mm, and 598mm, with widths around 80mm. Key measurement points are indicated at 19.4mm and 21.3mm. This bracket should be securely affixed to the wall.
- Attach Components: Diagrams 4A and 4B illustrate the positioning of various components. Maintain a maximum separation of 5mm between certain parts as indicated. Use the provided screws (ST4*14, ST3.5*16, ST3.9*13) to fasten components according to the visual guides. Diagram 5 specifies a weight capacity of 5 to 10 kg for the installed unit. A 0mm offset is required for a specific connection point, as shown in Diagram 6. Diagram 7 details a component measuring 13.5mm by 30.8mm. Mounting points are indicated in Diagrams 8A, 8B, 9A, and 9B, each requiring two screws (X2). Diagram 11 shows a component with dimensions 15.5mm and 24mm. Diagram 10 indicates a maximum assembly or component length of 800mm. Diagram 3 shows another component with a length of 589.0mm. Diagrams 12 through 15 provide further details on assembly sequences.
- Final Inspection: Verify that all connections are secure and the entire assembly is stable and properly aligned.
